The AC was like jet engine, an airplane turbine whistling all night. Poor sleep.

big room, food average average cleanliness but friendly

For the price they’re charging for the night this is not worth even half way. For some reason the windows are super dirty, the curtain is torn, the AC is literally falling apart, beds are made with super wrinkled covers, the couch has a tear, bed skirt has stains, the carpet is not clean and the room stinks. Maybe $80-$90 room. Not over $200. Yes, there are toiletries and towels. You can tell this building was revamped at some point but it’s an old stinky motel that charges an arm and a leg and half your kidney for a Saturday night. Oh, and the view is the roof of the lobby. Not ever staying here again. Ever.

The staff were very polite and professional, and the room was comfortable and welcoming. My only complaint is i wish they had a pool, but still enjoyed my stay.

The staff was positive and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The air-conditioning was average, cooled fairly well. The bag breakfast was poor. Contained a bottle of water, a nature valley bar and either an apple or orange...my orange was spoiled (the manager gave me an apple to replace the orange).

Liked space and cleanliness - disliked breakfast area and all disposable, plastic, very wasteful set-up there, crammed, not kept clean while breakfast in full swing - ned work!

The GuestHouse Kennewick was a great value. It is an older property, but is well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. It had a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits w/ gravy, and waffles; nothing fancy.

Clean happy with good service will definitely come back

Front desk lady was nice and helpful. Hotel was booked out but it was pretty quiet. Didn’t had any disturbing at night. Morning breakfast on the other hand was overwhelmed. There was just too many people for the small breakfast room. Overall, the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

The room had a wet dog smell. Told the cleaning lady but it still smelled. Had to buy a misty to get rid of the smell.

The staff was wonderful, they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms are being renovated so they will be great for longer stay. Price was great. We will definitely stay here again.facility and rooms very clean
