We booked our motel ahead of time & We drove 6 hrs, thinking we have a motel waiting for us, they call us when we're almost there and told us they were overbooked. But we already paid through orbitz. I let her know we are short on money and they already had our money, could they help us book another motel room since its their mistake, they refused and she said sorry but the best they can do is a refund within 7 to 10 days. Luckily we were able to scrape enough money for a room or we would have been sleeping in the car.

We arrived there after spending 6 nights on the river tired and hot. The owner front desk operator was very cordial and efficient. We (two couples in our party) we quickly provided with our rooms near each other. The rooms were clean, and quiet. We would definitely stay there again. The price was also very good given the quality of the lodgings and the service we received. It happened to be very near a Thai restaurant we like as well.

We went to the Michael W Smith-Amy Grant-Jordan Smith Christmas concert and did not want to drive back home that late at nigh. Made things so much nicer!

had to setup last minute and had one issues. good price great large room epic hot water. free breakfast was a little lacking but ten times better than others continental breakfasts for sure. would gladly stay here again

Hotel staff was great. Staying here while in the process for looking for an apartment. Never would have stayed here otherwise. I'm glad I did, room was huge, with a separate living area. Great use for my family!

The staff was very friendly. Worth the distance to get there from the freeway. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They have updated recently so request a room with new beds. We travel this direction quite often so we will stay there again. Worth the price.

Has what you need for a place to stay. Some road noise from the busy highway, but not too bad.

Just so happened while staying at the Guest House we were treated with a mild surprise. As a child the Oscar Meyer wiener vehicle was something to be seen, and to our surprise the vehicle was parked outside in the parking lot, what an attraction not seen as often as thought of. It made my day for this particular trip. The hotel was absolutely wonderful, the small gym was available for a light workout in the morning, and just a short walk is Albertsons to make avail all the necessities. Thank you Guest house, grand job.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Room was large and comfortable. We stayed for a quick overnight, but the room would have been great for a longer stay.

Rooms are large and all have sitting area with refrigerator and bar area. Rates include breakfast, free newspaper, cookies in the evening. Location is o.k. but not within walking distance to restaurants.

the room next to us partied until 530 in the morning. i called the front desk at 330 and asked them to do something because my daughter had a volleyball game at 630 in the morning and she hadnt had any sleep. i could hear through the walls and no call was made

first trip to a beautiful area but hotel lacked security or any outdoor area to relax

for the price it was very nice, the hot waffle brakfast was very nice.

This was probably the nicest motel we have stayed in for the money. There were two chairs to sit in, and the rooms were very spacious. It seemed like we were in a suite.

I enjoyed staying at GuestHouse Inn Kennewick, Kennewick, Washington, after arriving about 9 PM for a day that had started about 6 AM. The facility was easy to find. The check in went very smoothly. The room was very spacious for just a single bed. One section of the room included the bed and a separate section (separated by a short wall and aisle way) a couple of easy chairs, a desk with two chairs and a coffee table. The unit also included a microwave and a small refrigerator. The only disappointment about the stay was that my computer wasn't able to pick up the Wifi signal consistently, but my computer doesn't do a very good job of picking up marginal signals that other computers have easily picked up. The food provided for the continental breakfast included a good number of options for both hot and cold breakfasts.

I stayed here for 2 nights while attending a friends wedding. The hotel staff was very friendly, always greeting me when I was in the lobby. The room rates are fairly good and the rooms are very nice. THe only complaint I have is I don't think anyone came to clean the room during my stay. I could care less for someone cleaning up after me but, I clean towels would have been nice!

For spacious, quiet accomodations, friendly staff and a great breakfast, the Guest House Inn in Kennewick is your best bet.
