Good stay, as always - received a complimentary upgrade to Executive King, which I appreciated. The room was spacious, away from the elevator, and very quiet. Thanks for the fresh cookies, and the great breakfast options.
Pros: very clean, bed very comfortable, everything in room worked well. Cons: Sink so tiny you cannot fill a water bottle in it, hotel a little hard to find as it is behind another hotel and doesn't have a sign on the street--yes these are just nits.
The blue light from the clock is waaaay too bright, and the wrong color. Just the simple red LCD clock number segments are best for night-time (and able to dim at night is even better), blue and green are very bad for night-time. Had to cover the clock face with a pillow it was so bright, but then can't see the time.
Staff was friendly, room clean, bed was good. Was a little annoyed when housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:00 am even though we had the 'do not disturb' sign displayed & check-out wasn't until 12:00. Other than that, all was good. Nice breakfast too with turkey sausage (2 thumbs up for non-pork options!!)
I have had great stays here before. But this time was just fairly average. I can't complain as everything was in order. Just a lot smaller room & I got in late. The breakfast was good as it always is though!
Great staff, very nice check in experience, greeted and welcomed as a platinum member, upgrade was appreciated. The bed was comfortable as expected.. Breakfast was ok, staff wonderful. Would come back and stay at this property again.
Overall room was comfortable and up to date. Room smelled a little musty when I first came in so I had to open the window. It was 100° outside. The shower handle was loose and needed maintenance. And other than that it was a pleasant stay.
This hotel was never one of my favorites, always seemed dull and faded, dark and dingy. But this start, the room was large and airy. The breakfast was plentiful, warm and nice. Cookies and water were great. I have no complaints and this has come way up in my book.
All of the ladies who worked during this weekend really stepped it up after I broke my leg and needed additional assistance while in my hotel room. They were willing to walk my dog fill his dog bowl and make sure he had water and that really meant a lot to me because I was not able to take care of him like I am accustomed to. Thank-you so much to Margaret, Marina, and Victoria.
this property is a waypoint on our way home from Marion MT. We were greeted with a smile, given clean, quiet rooms and offered a great breakfast! We will definitely stop in again the next time we are passing through the tri-cities!
