If you need a cheap place to stay, it’s not bad. However it’s not as good as you might expect from the ratings and pictures. Staff was friendly, and upgraded me from a double bed to queen since they had one available. My room was decent sized, and pretty clean aside from stains in the sink. Microwave and fridge (and the fridge was actually cold when I got there). The internet was PAINFULLY slow — took forever to old sites and not something you could stream video through. My tv also had no sound. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, but I didn’t actually sleep on it so can’t give a full review. The shower head is probably around 5’6” so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower with as I’m 6ft tall, but the water pressure was decent. I also felt a little sketched out when entering/leaving due to some guests outside smoking at watching me - and it’s hard to feel sketchy in Richland. Overall, for $53 bucks it’s not bad, but you get what you pay for.

Great staff. Fast check-in/out. Rooms are clean. Good a/c. The noise from neighbors and outside tends to get through into the room.

Walls paper thin, hot water periodically, room was clean nothing special!

Says remodeled but very badly done. Soap holder falling off wall in shower. Not at all impressed !

My first night, had to listen to bathroom air vent all night long from other room below us. It was so loud, i lost sleep. Otherwise, nice quiet room.

Carpet was filthy. Lobby looked run down. TV in one of our rooms wouldn't work. One room smelled like pee. Night staff not friendly.

Only thing we didn't like was the pool was locked early on Saturday night so my son was not able to swim. But other than that, it was nice, quiet, and the staff very attentive.

Close to restaurants and stores. Staff was very accommodating. Always coffee available.

I stayed for three nights. It is in a quiet location in the center of town. Lots of eateries very close. The room I had was on the small side but not crowded. The room was clean and well maintained. There was a coffee maker, a microwave, a refrigerator and a TV in the room and all worked well. The WiFi signal was strong and pretty fast. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a pool, no hot tub, but it was not open before Memorial Day. Breakfast hours were 5 to 10 AM and simple but good. ( Donuts, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, apple juice, orange juice, toaster waffles, bananas, coffee and tea.) The only negative to my stay was that the walls were pretty thin and one guest in the next room left the TV on loud, all night the first night, so I did not sleep well. The second night, when it looked like a repeat, I called the front desk and they put a stop to it. I really appreciated the staff throughout my stay.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room, would recommend to my friends

This is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in! Each time we had special instructions, the hotel was not informed. The pool was not heated. The rooms were dirty and old. The cont. breakfast was in a small cramped area and was minimal at best.

I wish I could give them no stars. My husband, our 2 month old and I planned on staying 4 nights. The first night I found a bug in my bed and a bug in the shower. When we woke up my daughter had a bug bite on her face and I had 3 on my arm. From the time we checked in there was a man who sat out front of our room and smoked. We couldn't turn our ac on because it would being the smoke inside. We complained and they moved us to a new room. The new room was worse. The TV was from the 80's, the coffee pot was broken, and more bugs in the bathroom. When we asked to be refunded so we could go somewhere else they tried giving us a $20 coupon to stay... no. We left. Do not stay there.

Nothing too fancy but everything was very clean. Staff was nice and the breakfast was just a quick grab but reasonable. All in all good value for the price.

Only complaint was that the bed was on the small size.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Just a heads up, I was taller than the shower head. Anyone over 5 foot 2 will be taller than the shower. Still a good deal and a fine stay.

This hotel has a great location in downtown Richland, but it is a bit tired. The room was dingy, the ceramic tub was chipped, and the curtains hung askew. The room was noisy at night with the clanking and thumping of HVAC and other equipment. There are other name-brand motels available in the immediate area which appear promising and which I'll try next time.

The hotel was very dirty. when we walked into the room a roach jumped onto my leg. We did not stay, we got a room at the Hampton, which was much cleaner and comfortable. We will never register at a Days Inn again, this was a horrible experience.

Low price hotel for region, but it shows. Beds are rather hard, breakfast pretty scanty. Towels were soft though and the staff was professional and friendly.

We have stayed here many times in the past and had a great stay, but this time really sucked! We has very rude uncourtious neighbors who partied till 3 am every night we were their! Temp was almost 90 and pool not evan filled or in service!

[...] the hotel had to make changes for me, glad they did
