Clean and very spacious rooms in a newly renovated hotel with pool and gym. Went here for eclipse 2017.

No complaints what so ever. Worth the stay, and enjoyed the hotel, breakfast was great.

We had a king suite which is basically one large room with a permanent divider screen. The furnishings were nice and the bed and sofa were both comfortable. Nice large bathroom. The hot breakfast was OK, but the scrambled eggs weren't real eggs, so that was the main down side with breakfast. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Motel met our expectations. Breakfast is same everyday. Variety would be nice. Price was very expensive due to timing of stay (Bristol Speedway NASCAR). What was normally a $100 or less room was a $300 per night room, but we get supply and demand. Just wished they were not so greedy.

It was nice clean kinda old but was nice for a night or two. Probably would stay there again

Our family of five stayed here. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. I find this a small bummer. The breakfast is excellent if you like biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs from a carton, pork sausage, apples, and danish. We were all able to find something to eat and were pleased. The location is convenient to I-26 but you either have to drive or order in to get something other than Heart Disease ( officially called Hardees), or Wendy's (mediocre since Mr. Thomas passed away) to eat. These are down the hill from the hotel. Kingsport, TN does not have any hotels convenient to lots of restaurants and places to shop. Kingsport has a decent selection of places to eat and shop but it is designed for driving a few miles to get to them. Therefore this hotel is on par with the others which is average. A left hand turn out of the side road onto the main drag is difficult during rush hour and this location has no traffic light. Overall a good hotel. The rooms are best for four or less. Our family of five used the sofa and it is OK. It is really best for four or less to stay here for maximum comfort.

Our stay was great, hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great.

Accomodations were very nice. Breakfast buffet was a very poor quality though.

Booked this hotel for family attending a funeral. We chose based on the fact that the hotel was opened less than a year ago. The rooms were very large, beds comfortable. Not well sound-proofed, as you could hear neighbors and lots of activity in the halls. Breakfast was free but spartan, very few areas to actually sit and eat. Business Center mostly used by kids playing videogames, out of paper and ink when we used it.

Clean, with comfortable beds. Nothing to complain about. Good choice for travelers, and close to Interstate.

The hotel was just opened in December, 2010 and was absolutely gorgeous! Comfortable, clean and quiet!!

Hotel was clean and friendly. Breakfast was ok - good coffee!
