The property was nice as well as my room - however because of booking with a third party I was given a room directly at the top of a busy staircase. When I asked to change rooms they were unable to do so. That is a shame because the experience was fine however flexibility was there do to "rules"

Had a great stay. The pool and hot tub was very nice. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Only issue was the king bed seemed old and too firm. Room was clean and spacious. Would stay again.
Someday a hotel room air conditioner will be created that doesn’t make noise. Also, the alarm clock had clearly been set by the previous room occupant and the alarm not turned off so it woke me up an hour before I needed to be. I use the alarm on my phone. Overall, a lovely clean hotel. A very comfortable bed. I will stay again the next time I am in the area on business

Nice size and clean room. Great breakfast, only thing that was sub-standard was the A/C unit. It did not cool the room as expected.
My husband and I stayed here for a single night getaway. We reserved on if the suites. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. And breakfast in the morning was good as well. Would definitely stay again.
Comfortable pillows, clean room, fresh sheets. Shower with no draining issues. Large selection of breakfast. The staff was very helpful even before we got there in accommodating room request. Wish they have recycled bin but it seems the whole city doesn't have one.
Visiting family. It's close to their home so we stay there often. Disappointing room thus time. Other rooms have been much nicer.
Great location to stay for passing through. There's an open "business area" with 2 computers available for use and a very generous breakfast, full of variety and options of foods to choose from. Very nice room which was very clean and would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
