Was just an overnight stay for our trip onto Idaho. Room was clean and staff very nice and helpful.

Nice quiet hotel, we had a back room. Front desk person was rude to one of my quest when asking for another towel. Short towels and no Kleenex in room. Breakfast ran out of coffee, yogurt, and syrup for waffles. It was a weekday and not weekend, so this should not have happened...

We've stayed here before and liked the staff, everything about the hotel was to our liking and expectation. We wanted to be close to our relatives minus all the round about's Kennewick has it's easy to go visit our family.

Adequate for an overnight stay. Good value. No frills.

Good rate, friendly staff, clean rooms and quiet stay. If I am in the area again I will go back!

This hotel is conveniently located next to a main road and we did not have any issues with road noise. However, that is the only good thing we have to say after our stay there. Half the bed was so broken down that I had to sleep in the middle to not roll out of the bed, making the queen bed much smaller for the two of us. There were boogers wiped on the wall, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, there was a missing light fixture and hardware, and the things that were in the room, like bedding and furniture and curtains, were not in good shape or broken.

Our room was on the 1st floor, which is actually in the basement so it was a bit loud with all the "above" foot noise... The hotel does not have an elevator so that was a pain carrying all the bags up and down. But clean and price was very fair. Kids like the pool.

My stay at Baymont was great! I enjoyed the stay and the staff was friendly.

Friendly staff! Clean rooms, lots of extra towels! Will stay again!

My arrival date was a comedy of errors; it was graduation weekend for all the local high schools so every hotel in town was booked solid. The hotel's commercial washing machine broke down, and therefore they were trying to use their guest laundry facilities to get the linens ready for the rooms. I had been up since 3 am traveling, and checked in to find I had no bedding and no towels. Tried to call the front desk, but I had no phone service. Walked down to report it, and they said they'd send someone right up. 10 minutes later I saw a clerk in the hall with an armload of linens, but he entered the room across the hall and never showed up at my room. I finally went back downstairs. After 2 hours I finally got the needed delivery, although in 4 days I never did get the phone fixed. That said, the facility itself is lovely; tucked back off 395, it is convenient but amazingly quiet--you do not hear ANYTHING in the rooms! I stay here every time I am in town and this is the only tie I have had a problem like this. The staff is extremely friendly, there is a pool and sauna, they serve an adequate warm breakfast (waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, etc), free wifi, pets allowed.

I loved it! I will defiantly be back! The staff was great!

My room came with a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, a microwave, fridge, small sink, and even a dishwasher. The tub was a bit on the small size but was sufficient. Shampoo and conditioner provided. Wifi allowed me to access the net from my laptop. While the rates at this hotel were nearly halved from those of the hotel next door, a word to the wise: There are no elevators! If you don't land a room on the ground floor, you may well have difficulty getting in or out of your room.

During our stay in Kennewick we experienced a number of personal crises. Every time we talked to the person at the front desk we were treated politely, cheerfully and promptly. They responded as though they had nothing more important than our problem, and jumped in to solve them, joyfully! The facility was very clean and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the basket of VERY fresh fruit in the lobby! My husband enjoyed the decaf coffee. The breakfasts were very good and all supplied were kept filled and replenished. Originally we made reservations because of reasonable rates, and proximity to my son's house. We will be back because of the service! Thank you and your staff for helping us deal with what could have been a disastrous visit. They made it a pleasure, with their super service. Rosemarie Olsen, & John Sullivan

Loved the 24 hrs pool & hot tub. perfect for my schedule with late nights to enjoy. Continental Breakfast worked well, only available until 9am on weekdays. hotel was easy to locate, friendly staff. great handicapped bathroom, extra space and grab bars secured. will definitely stay there again when I come back to Kennewick.

Clean friendly and quiet. Breakfast needs some protein. Waffles cereal and toast.....need more carbs? But overall a good place to stay.

It was nice to have a comfy place to stay in close to all the main attractions in Kennewick. Nice and quiet. appreciated the blackout panel curtains for sleeping during the day. I would def stay again.

Best place Ive ever stayed for this low of cost. Unfortunately I arrived much later than planned, so I didn't get to try the pool/fitness center, but on request I was allowed to check out an hour late and get a much needed extra hour sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for two nights for a work trip. Baymont was so much better than I'd expected-- room and bathroom were very clean, comfy bed, nice linens, great a/c. Breakfast in the morning was also better than expected-- make your own waffles, fresh fruit etc.

I stay here to visit family and love it. The location is central to Kennewick. There are Walmart, Walgreens, McDonalds, and Starbucks within walking distance. The pool and workout room are nice and clean. The laundry convenient. My room is always very clean and nice.

The Baymont is a smaller hotel surrounded by several of the big chain hotels. The personal service from the staff, amazing breakfast buffet, 24 hour indoor pool, and quiet, smoke-free environment are everything I have never gotten when staying in one of the big hotels. I found the rooom especially comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the ground floor. They also have a laundry room on hand, and a PC/printer in the lobby for guest useage. My only small complaint was that, visiting in January, I would have appreciated the heat be on in the room when I arrived. Took awhile before it was comfortable enough to take my coat off.
