This hotel was not clean. The housekeeping did not do anything. Crumbs on nightstand, floor not swept, weird residue/goo on wall,floor and bed sheets. Painting peeling off walls. Old decor, needs update. Would not recommend. Stay somewhere else.

My toilet did not work my entire stay and was not fixed after I pointed it out. Manager and gm blamed me but it never worked. Refused to fix it or refund the room. Plus it is a dump.

Had to be moved because the room was overwhelmed with cockroaches. Place is pretty sketchy with long-term renters living there.

Toilet will not flush, bathroom door will not closed, refrigerator missing racks and dirty, Icemaker in building B did not work, room smell like cigarette smoke for non-smoking room, toilet was leaking in the back. Housekeeping will not make a room up.
Liked nothing about this property. Room not available. Waited 1 hour after 2:00 and finally left for another place. Rude staff.
The guy was rude and unhelpful at the front desk they had construction going on he sent me to the other building and got me lost I drove 2 1/2 hours from Baltimore this place was dirty and the room was stink it was no toilet tissue inside my bathroom had to wipe my ass on cloths this one of the worse Red Roof places I’ve stayed in they need to shut down
For the condition and comfort the price is too high. 82 dollars in a day with no fridge and no microwave..
People live in hotel making it very uncomfortable for guess as people was just hanging out very late noisy environment. Other lone term living in hote guess very rude and disrespectful.
There was no heat control-it was what it was and it was cold TV remote did not work The room was dirty The room had no trash can! That’s right, none! The only positive was hot water for the shower and a good shower head with good flow. I doubt that anything was COVID sanitized
When you first walk in the room it smelled like mildew. The room had no trashcan. We attempted to call the front desk but there was no cord connected to the phone. There was only 1 towel and washcloth in the bathroom and when we walked to the office to get more we were told there was a shortage of linen and they were only providing 1 per room. We were so disgusted with
