The apartment on the second floor of the complex Le dimore del sole is reached by stairs and is completely independent. Newly renovated, it is furnished with simplicity and excellent finishes.
The entrance is into a spacious and bright living room. There are modern open kitchen, dining table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed and 1 balcony with washing machine.
From the living room there is access to the full shower room. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with a furnished balcony.
Air conditioning is present in the living room.
The surroundings of the apartment in Casalabate
The apartment is located in the town of Casalabate, a lively seaside resort that stretches along the Adriatic coast of Salento, characterized by long sandy beaches, rocky outcrops and crystal clear sea.
The sea is just 20 meters from the two apartments. Casalabate, in recent years, is at the center of a judicious redevelopment of the waterfront. All services are located there, as well as clubs, restaurants, bars, and often entertainment and parties.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
