The staff was friendly but the hotel could use some major renovations. I'm sure it was nice at one time but the decor is stuck in the 70s and could use a deep cleaning. I don't think I would stay here again but it's not the worst hotel I've ever seen.

I had to catch a early flight so I only stayed a short time, but I would definately stay again

THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING AND FRIENDLY. BUT THE ROOM WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM A RAMADA. CARPET WAS TOTALLY WARN AND THREADING. THE BATHTUB WAS TERRIBLE. I COULDN'T EVEN TAKE A BATH. IT WAS FLAKING ALL KINDA STUFF AND I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO A NICE HOT BATH....

Very comfortable place. I would recommend to anyone.

Checked in right away. Staff was great. Room was really comfortable and no noise. Although I wish the shower had more pressure, my overall experiencea at this hotel was great and I would stay there again and would recommend anyone to stay there.

It was a nice hotel, the room was decent. There wasn't too many flaws, except we expected a hot continental breakfast. Beside that it was not bad for what you pay for .

Breakfast staff were so friendly and they were accommodating. However, the breakfast area was very small and did not accommodate the number of people having breakfast. I had to go out for breakfast,

Carpet was disgusting needs to be removed. Spider webs in rooms, no elevator, no one delivers food to that hotel. Needs renovating.

The carpets were badly stained, there was a horrible smell every morning but very friendly staff and great location

The room was clean bed comfortable, but the phone did not have directions on how to place calls or get messages the pad on phone was missing. There was no pen or note pad if it was needed. The continental breakfast was sparse not many choices. Only one fruit apples. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

$200/night for a dirty room and awakened by another guest scanning into my room. Called the front desk and they told me I must have been mistaken...awesome customer service. The free breakfast was stale and covered in flies...could not get out of there fast enough. Would have been better off staying in my car.

BED BUGS! This hotel has bed bugs. I strongly recommend you do not go here. When I brought the bug we found to the front desk they said "we can't have bed bugs because they just sprayed for them last week"...not very comforting. I would have checked out right there but my two young boys where asleep and it was 11:30pm. I requested we switch rooms and they moved us from room #147 to room #212. Room #212 smelled terrible, moldy and musty, and appeared as if no one had stayed in it for several weeks. I checked the beds for bed bugs the best I could, found none, and tried to sleep. My boys slept fine, I did not, every itch or tickle was a bed bug in my mind. I finally slept from 5:30am to 7am. When I went to check out they refused to compensate me even partially for the frustration. They said they'd have an exterminator look into it and to call back later that day. After calling six times I reached the manager Terri Cowen. She was very rude and informed me that the hotel did not have bed bugs and that I was mistaken. When I asked about the bed bug I had given to the night manager she said "I don't know where it is". Needless to say the hotel is poorly maintained and the staff is unprofessional and hard to deal with. To top it off I went on Google and found a similar review from a year ago. They had bed bugs and bad service too, wish I had done more research before booking! I am concerned that this has been going on for a year. Bed bugs are known for climbing into clothes, shoes, bags, etc and heading home with their new owners. My sister had a run in with bed bugs several years ago and they are not easy to get rid of. Since they haven't been successful in exterminating the bed bugs, it is my opinion that this hotel should be torn down and rebuilt.

Construction going on. brown crud comping out of the tap water--had to buy bottled water. No elevator to second floor.

Great costumer service at hotel, clean, some splices are old but overall was a good option

After being in the hospitality industry for 27 years, I am acutely aware of overnight hotel stays. These are the problems I had with my stay at the Ramada on Sep 21st (Room 238): 1. the front desk clerk announced my room # when giving me my key with other guests standing in line (very dangerous). 2. the box for the TV didn't work & I had 3 visits from hotel staff to try to correct problem. 3. there were NO towels in my room. I had been checked in for an hour - had driven 3 hours to get there - and I was on my way to a class reunion & was not able to shower. 4. there was cardboard wedged under the piece of furniture that contained the TV microwave & refrig. When this cardboard was removed - all of the drawers came rolling out into the room. 5. tub drain was out - just a gapping disgusting hole.

Where do I start? Dirty melted Ice still in Ice Container, Pistachio shells on floor, I checked the sheets and blankets..they seemed to be clean, no printer for computer, bar had some young adult party going on it...very loud, didn't bother was looking for relaxation..went down the road to a have a drink. I also paid for a king deluxe room with microwave and refrigerator...none to be found! Price was good, but I figured it was a Ramada and couldn't be that bad! I was wrong!

web sais AAA approved. it is not. web says free newspapers. they do not have. no list of t v stations in reem could not give us written inst to restaurant thermostat did not work. had to shot off tub hot water handle did not work

check-in was a breeze- staff were friendly and very professional. The rooms were large and clean. I like the fact it has an interior hallway. We were one day late for the pool (closed for the season), but it looked well maintained. We will stay there again if we are in the area. We visited Smithville (Burlington County) and had a nice time touring the grounds and visiting the art gallery. And the diners in New Jersey can't be beat for lots of good food and desserts!

We stayed here overnight as a layover on our way back from DC to Maine. It looked good in the photos online and looked nice when we drove up. However, the corridors were very dimly lit, the carpets in the corridors were dirty, had lots of stains, needed to be cleaned or replaced. We had 2 rooms booked. One room was fine. The other had a horrible smell of urine as soon as you opened the door. The staff gave us another room but didn't seem surprised that it smelled. It is Ok for one night, but not for more. There was only one drawer for clothing and it was very small. There were other drawers / cabinets but they were taken up by the microwave and fridge. Bathroom was very small and the tub needed cleaning. The breakfast as nothing more than toast, bagels, muffins, and some hard boiled eggs. Juice and coffee to drink. I absolutely would not stay again based on this one stay.

The hotel gives a good 1st impression, but carpet and paint are ageing. Our room had a mold problem in the bathroom. Probably scrubbing the tile with bleach and painting would fix it. Smoking and non-smoking rooms mixed in same halls. Breakfast area very cramped. The neighboring Comfort Inn we stayed at last month was $5 more expensive, but worth it for the indoor pool if nothing else.

We apologize for the inconvenience however, we do want to clarify some of your complaints. Our facility is an older one and has never had elevators nor do we advertise as such. There are many local places that will deliver depending on time frame. We are working hard to please our guests again we do apologize for your experience.
