The property was clean and well taken care of. The staff assisted in reassigning a parking spot when my large rental vehichle would not fit into our spot. The beach was great, and we made frequent use of the pool and hot tub.

Our condo was very nice! There was a great view from the balcony and the weather was perfect so we could sit outside and people watch. The only downside was that it's a very wide Beach at that point so a very long walk to the water. There was a nice walking path the length of the beach right outside the condo so it was nice to be able to walk and stop at different restaurants and people watch. We had a wonderful time! If you do need to call, make sure you leave a message since the phone isn't always answered. I got call backs immediately whenever I left a message

We loved our stay at the Surf Resort in Treasure Island. The condo was beyond clean and comfortable. I wish my home was as tidy! Many hotels do a quick clean, but you'll find dust in corners and you can just tell they didn't do a deep clean. Not so at the Surf Resort! Everything was sparkling. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was pretty sound-proof it seems as I didn't hear my neighbors while in the room. The kitchen looked like it had new appliances and granite. They supplied all the utensils and cooking gear you need to make your stay a good one. Laundry in the room really helped with having clean beach towels and helped cut down on the amount of clothes we had to bring (which helps in the age of charging per bag). The balcony overlooked the gulf and the pool. The beach was gorgeous and we were so happy we picked a place that didn't make us drive to see the gulf. Some have complained that the beach is pretty deep, so there's a tiny walk, but unless you're handicapped or just lazy, I can't see what people would complain about. Overall, we were so happy with our choice in hotel. Management were friendly and helpful. Great place and I can't recommend it enough to people!
Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the beach. Fully furnished kitchen, if you choose to eat in, but an awesome restaurant, Middle Grounds Grill, right across the street. Beds are very comfortable, master bath spacious. Guest bath is best described as cruise ship size. Pool, hot tub, grills,available. Rather long walk to the water if you're carrying beach chairs and umbrellas. Parking is very tight.
I had high expectations coming in and was still blown away by the experience. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was absolutely spotless and we never wanted to for anything as we had all that we needed.
Me, my wife, & son (21 years old) stayed in #303 from March 6-10. We had a wonderful stay. Our only suggestion is to upgrade the shower heads in each bathroom.
Comfortable, clean, and great view. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Was flying in late called ahead spoke to Adam who was extremely nice he left room keys in a lock box for us we then came down the next morning to check in he was so helpful and nice always smiling and was eager to help out in any way he could! The room was gorgeous the pool was perfect! overall a absolute perfect vacation
We've stayed at this resort at least five times during vacations. It's a condo resort and the rooms are completely furnished with everything you could need, including the kitchen. Numerous restaurants and stores are within walking distance. The rooms have a nice balcony where you can view the ocean and watch the sunset. It's always an enjoyable stay.
The unit was OH WOW. I have stayed in many places but, this place was remarkable. We enjoyed every minute of being there. I certainly would recommend it to all my friends and then some. Sure hope I can do it again. This sure was a 10 rating.
Loved this condo. Beautiful views from room and balcony of ocean and sunsets. The staff was awesome. I had requested a top floor and a late check out and they honored both. Will definitely be going back! :)
We only stayed one night. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed walking to the beach. In fact, we loved it so much we shortened our Disney trip to spend one more day at the beach. The only issue we had was the washer & dryer needed to be updated. Otherwise, well worth it.
Hotel is great for family, kids have there own room and there is plenty of room so you don't feel cramped like in small hotel rooms for the same price. Pool is nice and he beach walk is great for walking at night to see restaurants and bars along water. The only down side is the walk to ocean which is a little long but not a big deal, we are use to oceanfront home in the outer banks.
The hotel was beautiful, view was spectacular, beds were comfy, tvs in each room. Having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for us worn out moms made it such a retreat. We both have 4 kids and would love to bring them back for spring break or a family vacation because it would be perfect for our families.
Our room at Surf Beach Resort was perfect. It was clean and had all the amenities that we would ever need. The view from our room looked out onto the gulf. Wonderful location. Would definitely stay here again.
