Come make memories in peaceful Providence! Located at the end of the road in Wears Valley, it is the perfect cabin to enjoy the mountains and with 2300 sq ft, it has plenty of room. Visitors often get to watch bears, turkeys and deer from the cabin's large wrap around deck while grilling, enjoying family time by the gas fire pit, playing corn hole or soaking in the hot tub.

The beds were comfortable, the game room was nice, the area was quiet. If you plan to cook as we did (breakfast & dinner) bring your own pots unless you like eating teflon. The pots were scratched and peeling. The fire pit did not work. The Hot Tub was nice. The garbage from the last tenet was still in the bear cage we had to squeeze the garbage in from our stay not sure when pick up is. Also, we had 1 garbage bag in the kitchen, so we took one from the game room. The hot water in one bathroom was luke warm at best. We had 4 bath towels & 4 wash cloths, no hand towel. The other bath had 4 bath towels, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel. There was 1 dish towel. In our bath, one cabinet had mold maybe due to a water leak. When I messaged the host about the towels, (I had asked if we could get a couple of hand towels), I was dismissed by the host about the towels. We did let the "hot" water run for a while, but it never really got hot and we did not even turn on any cold water when bathing. I think if the host got someone in to do some maintenance, get some inexpensive stainless-steel pots, provide more than 1 garbage bag and label the light fixtures it would be a pretty good place to stay. The place was nicely decorated with lots of wood and a stone fireplace (we did not use). We have stayed in other cabins & homes with better and nicer equipped kitchens, enough towels and garbage bags, and more responsive host IF something was needed.

One of the prettiest cabins we ever stayed.The cleanliness could be better.Please wash the towels in hot water with good laundry detergent.The towels smelled horrible and were not completely dry when we took our shower Sunday night after we checked in.
