- A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher.



- A pleasant bathroom with double Italian shower, toilet and double washbasin.



- A living room with a double bed, a hammock, a sofa bed (optional, +10€, at least 24 hours before), a television connected to the fibre and a desk.



High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat.

To get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, washing-up liquid...).



Please note that the flat is located on the 3rd floor, with a lift, and that although it has been well renovated, it still has some old-fashioned elements (abundant dust, worn joints, marks on the walls, swallows nesting in the roofs...) which are not defects of cleanliness, as the flat is perfectly cleaned and sanitized between each rental.



The accommodation is managed by Keytoko, Airbnb's partner in Toulouse.

The cleaning fees cover professional cleaning services, the supply of quality household and bed linen, as well as consumables useful for the good start of your stay. These fees cover services for your comfort. We ask you to participate with us in the good maintenance of the accommodation by taking out your rubbish and cleaning/cleaning your dishes, thank you.

All our cleaning and laundry operations are carried out in an eco-responsible way, for your benefit and that of nature.



In this period of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in the use of energy and we remind our travellers that the temperature of heaters is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code), to 19°. Consequently, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation.
