- Located between the Arena and the Croix de Pierre, the apartment is on the 1st floor of a recently renovated building and overlooks the courtyard.
- A living area with sofa, HD TV, coffee table.
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140x190), bedside beds and storage.
- A kitchenette with the essentials: fridge-freezer, microwave, electric hob, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
- A bathroom with a shower cubicle, a basin and some storage, toilet.
Enjoy the charm of the old combined with a tasteful renovation.
The whole apartment is heated in winter (maximum 19° in the room) and air-conditioned in summer (maximum 25° in the room).

Although partially renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old (defect, dust...).
