Gîte (160 m²) housed in a former farmhouse in a rural setting with excellent accessibility (N4 Nancy-Paris exit 1 km away), 3 km from Toul (Saint Etienne Cathedral, Museum of Art and History, Saint Gengout Church), and close to the Côtes de Toul vineyards. Nancy city center (Place Stanislas, museums) is only half an hour away (26 km). Private entrance. Ground floor: living room (52 m²), TV, DVD player, wood stove, equipped kitchen, separate toilet.
2 shower rooms, one with an en-suite toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms + a room opening onto the hallway (2 single beds (90x200 cm) and 4 single beds (90x190 cm).
