Loft studio in fine wood with elegant balustrade. Bathroom with shower tray and electric induction cooker, fridge, sink; first row to the sea, central, in period villa renovated this year. Double bed on one and a half bed loft plus possible additional single bed (2/3 persons). Exceptional sea view. Large communal pine forest with stone tables. Parking space and small private garden (reservation required), bicycle hire.

The nearest shops (bank, bar, tobacconist's, hairdresser's, stationery shop, newsagent's, confectioner's) are 100 m from the villa; 200 m away is the town centre with other services (pharmacy, another bank, etc.). In front of the villa there is a very wide and clean beach with an equipped bathing establishment, or alternatively there is a wide free beach next to it. If you don't know Tortoreto Lido, I would add that the sea has always been awarded the blue flag for cleanliness and that a short distance away there is one of the most beautiful water parks in Italy with a free shuttle service; furthermore, the municipality of Tortoreto offers free WIFI coverage.
