We offer for rent a one-bedroom apartment in the modern complex "Residencial Alegría VII" within walking distance of the sea and the beach! The apartment is 62 m2 and consists of a living room, bedroom, American-style kitchen, bathroom and terrace with summer furniture. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living and relaxation: furniture, modern appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The house has a Finnish sauna (for a fee!) and a swimming pool. There is an underground parking space. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are about 100 meters away. The area has excellent infrastructure: 300 meters to the supermarket "Consum", 400 to "Masymas", 100 meters to bars and restaurants. The nearest bank is 250 meters away. There is a 24-hour pharmacy on the next street. Accommodation option - 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the terrace! The fine for violation is 200 euros!
