The apartment has new furniture and appliances, 1 bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace. Four beds, being a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the salon. It is equipped with new furniture, plasma TV, dishes, linens, iron, hair dryer, Spanish TV. The living room has air conditioner. On the terrace there is nice furniture for outdoor relaxing. The apartment has stunning views of the sea. Located within walking distance to an array of shops, restaurants, parks and the famous promenade of Torrevieja. The beach is 20 meters.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

Wonderful Sea View, Great Location

First the positives 😊 the host was brilliant and definitely couldn't be faulted. The did our airport transport which worked perfectly. The apartment has a full front sea view which was amazing. The apartment itself was fine, everything worked and the bed was really comfortable. Decor wise the kitchen could do with a bit of attention but everything was in good working order, so no complaints. Thank you ... we would happily visit again.

Not as pictured - deposit and wifi scam

The property doesn't look like the photographs - everything is extremely old - the dishes held in rusty racks posing a health risk. You need to unplug the boiler to plug the kettle/toaster etc in as its the only socked in the kitchen. Thank god we were only there 3 days. Any longer and i would have refused to stay in the property. You will need to fight hard to get your deposit back - i'm still waiting on my and VRBO arn't interested only tell you they are just an advertising platform and that I need to contact the property manager if I wanted to get my money back. Also paid £20 euro for wifi at the time of booking. When we picked keys up the guy charged us another £20 euro in cash for wifi. Once I'd located the receipt and showed him I'd prepaid the wifi he refused to give me the cash back and said it would be refunded to my card - I'm still waiting for that too. Never again!
