Easy access to rooms, parking can be limited if really busy. Close to shopping and food.

Horrible check in process. One clerk going off shift can't help took incoming clerk 30 mins to get cleared for work. Meanwhile 3 other customers sleeping lobby not counting me waiting to ck in. I've had better service in Las Vegas which is amongst the worst. This began at 2:30 and clerk said can't ck in until stated time of 3. I've never had a problem ck'ing in a bit early anywhere else since some rooms are always available.

Was nice location excellent staff very friendly and helpful would recommend it to anyone nice clean quiet and relaxing

Great hotel, I want to come back there again. Convenient to shopping, airport Quiet on weekends because the hotel is located in the middle of offices.

They have really nice rooms. I didn't feel like I was staying at a hotel. Customer service was awesome, very friendly

The room was semi remodeled with hardwood floors but they were not clean or moped. Feet turned black from the dirt. Also on 2nd day our room was not cleaned until we left for dinner so could not freshen up. No clean towels. Staff not that friendly . Wouldn't stay at this property again.

The room was not clean beside the bedside tables etc. Sterile feel to the room, no carpet just not what I was expecting.

The hotel was not so bad. It was clean, good to access, frendly staffs. But we didn't know that they had an electronic mentenance for whole building. And the night before the day, one flashlight and a piece of paper which noticed the mentenance put on the desk in our room. So we spent one day with only one flashlight from 8pm to 7am as we couldn't use any electronic devices. It was so inconvenient.

I was a bit concerned checking into a hotel after 10 p.m. without my husband, but the location of my room was very close to my parking spot and from there I felt very safe and secure. The staff at the front desk was very nice and I found that the room had a lot of the amenities and toiletries that you don't get in hotels these days. The only thing I didn't find attractive for me is the breakfast. I'm not sure if it was the items available or the breakfast area itself just didn't feel comfortable.

Hotel desk made one excuse after the other when trying to check in, NO bath towels in room and when my husband called, they said they couldn't bring any because they were cleaning another part of the hotel, he dryed off with a hand towel, unbelieveable!!! Room was filthy, blood or something on the wall in the bathroom, walls very dirty near the bed, and the bed was hard as a rock!!!! Not a hotel/motel I would ever stay in again, so glad it was only one night!!! Not pleased at all, dirty, dirty, dirty!!!!!!!!

This is a very old motel. Furnishings were worn. The refrigerator was so noisy we had to unplug it. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

This is a motel, not a hotel as I expected. But it did the trick. The bed was comfy and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was relatively inexpensive.

First and foremost I booked this hotel after reading the reviews here and I was very hesitant about coming here since I feared for the worst but expected mediocrity. Due to these expectations, this hotel has exceeded my expectations upon arrival late in the evening check in was quick it was a motel style hotel which wasn't so great to walk around when it was chilly at night 60s. The lobby is small and has a meager selection of things you may have forgotten like advil, bandages, toothpaste etc for purchase. But walking past the pool and seeing the jacuzzi bubbling I was excited for daybreak to jump in. The room was thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival due to the smell of a pine-sol like product and a industrial fan running full blast since earlier in the day to dry the floor. At first I thought that was suppose to be my AC but upon further investigation the AC/Heater did work. They do have a nice view during the day from the hotel on the side with the Porsche dealership, my room view was someones backyard that need maintenance. There is a Chinese food place on the compound in front but I never ventured there. Bed was plush and I did do a hair check on the bed and stain check and didn't see anything. Upon laying on my bed I did see ONE insect run across the floor but I jumped up and killed his butt. It wasn't a roach it seemed to be a creature you'd find in your basement due to his beige color. After that I was on high alert but didn't see anything else that was wrong. So I didn't complain to front desk because as said before management wasn't there and its not the receptionist fault... maybe housekeeping lol. Cons There were a few bugs floating in the pool, but they had the net for you to take them out. The shower curtain wasn't long enough to properly stop water from spilling on the floor, plus it was ripped on the top, so I had to use a towel on the floor as my mop. The AC/Heat unit was a bit slow to change the temperature in the room it took about 45 to 60 mins to cool down or heat up the suite. Housekeeping doesn't like when I walked up to them and tell them I took a shower and water is on the floor despite me asking politely for her to mop it up. Housekeeping is not 24 hours, so request the extra towels as soon as you get to your room and realize you need any. Needed more hangers, never got them. Pros Im use to their breakfast style and I love bagels and english muffins so Im always excited to save money/get free meal. (They replenish the food out, but I didn't feel like going out to ask for more bagels. So I opened the cupboard and found the bag and took some for myself out and put it back, of course another couple saw me do it and copied me but the staff saw them said they need to ask them to get it for me. Sanitary reasons I'm sure. ) Free wifi Fridge No Carpet That Jacuzzi!!!! Very Spacious room(1 King Bed non-smoking)

Their website and sign claim they are pet friendly, but there is a $30 PER NIGHT pet fee. Also, when I made the mistake of trying to wipe spilled water off the disgusting fake wood floor in my room with washcloths and they turned black, I got slapped with a $10 fee for each "damaged" washcloth. Free "continental breakfast" was a joke, housekeeping never made it to my room before 5:30pm and the window of my room faced a brick wall where they were dumping bags of old bed sheets. No thank you, will not be staying here again.

Good and safe location, free parking and breakfast, great value

I was traveling for business, and needed a room close to where I was working. The front desk staff were helpful, the room was nice and clean. The room was also much larger than I expected, with plenty of room to move around. I really appreciated that there was a closet to hang my clothes, and also an ironing board with iron, so I didn't have to request one. There was a fridge in the room, and a nice desk space for working. Free internet worked fine. There is a good Chinese restaurant bordering the property within walking distance. Other restaurants and markets are nearby. The only 'downside' to the room would have been that there was no microwave. Certainly not a deal breaker, but it would have been very nice to heat up stuff kept in the fridge.

I was in a bit of a predictament and they were very tollerent and flexible.

I've noticed sometype of unpleasant oder from a room when walk in and had to open all windows and turn on full blast of a/c. Also, sound from next room could be heard.

The hotel was ok but bed was sooo squeaky and uncomfortable. I am not exaggerating-everytime i sat on the side of the bed to get into bed I felt like I was going to fall on the floor. Turning in bed and it would make loud & I mean loud cracking sounds. Worst bed!

For a quick night, it had a great location, across from a mall and movie theatre. Rooms (I think) were recently upgraded. Hardwood floors were nice, spacious room, and pleasing color palatte. Would stay here again.
