My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The staff at the front desks were helpful and room service was prompt and great!

Good location if going to the theater or the mall

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my needs.

location was awesome, hotel comfortable however it would have been better if wifi was complimentary, body mirror. Only mirror is in the bathroom and unfortunately it fogs because there is no vent. All in all I had a great stay.

Great location and great staff Food, drinks, shopping

I took three grandchildren (5, 8 and 9) to a show very close to the hotel. Pool was great, stores within walking distance. Room clean and tidy.

This is a great place if you like to shop. Close to movies and dining as well. A little pricey compared to other hotels in the area, but proximity to Eaton's Centre is wonderful. As others have said, free internet would be nice considering it is overpriced already.

Great location but pricey...but would stay there again

my family and i had a great stay in this hotel. perfect location. we were promised adjoining rooms and since they couldn't accommodate, we got free breakfast. a wonderful stay.

We were really disappointed with the stay. Our main issue was the customer service. There were about 4 of us sharing a room, after one person had been done showering the fire alarm went off in the room. It took someone 20-30 min to come upstairs and turn it off, we literally had to stand outside of the room just because the fire alarm went off from using the shower, and when we asked someone they acted as if this was normal and to just close the washroom door? Worst of all was when we called downstairs for assistance, we got hung up on! For a Marriott our standards were higher and we were very disappointed with there service. For a hotel that charges so much to stay there we would have figured their customer service would be better. Definitely would not stay here again and would question staying at a Marriott again.

We did not have internet in our room and that was a big disappointment. we should have an option to have it in our room. I do not mind to pay for it. Their valet parking was too expensive and they did not disclose that. over all is a good hotel. Location is very good.

I found it to be clean, comfortable and great location. My only disappointment was that there was no WI-FI in the rooms, eventhough, they advertised it as available.

Have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times, great location central to business, shopping, & dining. Can walk most places but subway & streetcars are nearby. Great front of house staff go the extra step for visitors.

We have been staying at this hotel for more than 10 years and it never disappoints.

The hotel is positively lovely, but it is time for a redo. We have been going to this hotel for 15 years, and I don't think they have spent a dime on it during our 15 year visits.

Very nice hotel, excellent location. Room was nice and clean, the towels looked old though. The size of room and bathroom were very decent. I would stay in this hotel again.

We were provided connecting rooms which was wonderful. The hotel was easily accessible to public transit and central Toronto. The staff was very helpful.

Great getaway for a 30th birthday! Would go again!

Good location, We went to see the Cirque of Soleil and it was a very short distance from there. The room was clean and comfortable, the only thing that needed was a fridge.

The front desk clerk was rude and set the tone for my stay. The additional $32 CND for parking was a suprise. After this stay, I will not be staying at Marriott properties in the future.
