Horrible. The building is old and the elevators are so slow. Budget hotels have better and cleaner elevators than this property. The staff also have a tendency to racially profile anyone. They fall victim to their own bias. I find it very insulting and bordering on discrimination that everyone assumed that I was part of the SunLife Philippines group (who was staying there as part of their travel/sales incentive) just because I am also Filipino. Why? Is it so hard to believe that a Filipino Canadian/American like me can pay for our hotel directly (without a benefit of a rewards incentive?) I was told go to certain parts of the hotel (like for breakfast) because every staff assumed I was part of the Sunlife group. To add insult to injury, each time I said I was not part of the group, I see the shock in their faces. One staff even had the audacity to say, "are you sure?" This happened no fewer than 7 times in my two nights stay. In the restaurant, one even told me, "I thought you had all left?" I was flabbergasted -- again, they assumed that I was part of the Sunlife group and the staff acted surprised why I am still there. When I said, "I am not part of that group," she said, "Isn't it expensive to stay here?" It was just bad. If you value your sanity and dignity, this is not a place to stay.

I don't expect to pay daily parking fee.

The hotel had only been open for 2 days so I should have expected the problems- no restaurant, inexperienced front desk staff, skeleton housekeeping services, etc. I am still glad to have stayed there because it is a good location for me.

The room was great, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel, although dated, is well maintained and a great place to stay.
