Quality Suites Toronto Airport

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

We arrived after midnight due to a late flight. There was no problem with check in. The room was terrific. King sized bed for my husband and I in a closed off room and a double bed for our daughter in the main room. It was only a few minutes drive from the airport and a very comfortable night after a very long day.

Nice place to stay when you must lay over at the airport. Suite was roomy, and there are several eating choices nearby.

Staff was rude! They did not want to bring anything to room and the food was terrible.

Due to an error on my part caused by a flight change the reservation was for the wrong day. Since the reservation was made though a 3rd party they assisted us in contacting them and making the correction. My wife was overjoyed with the room and our stay was restful.

This hotel has everything for the air traveller. Parking, nice rooms, good restaurant, airport shuttle. The staff is very friendly. We stay here everytime we travel, as we are not from the surrounding area.

The look of the room was amazing excellent suite. The staff at the front desk not very friendly. The room the tub tap kept dripping and the toilet clogged several times for no reason. They charge for parking.....Not good

Was fun

I was disappointed to learn, upon checking in, after booking and paying for my room on Orbitz, that the hotel wanted an additional $15 for me to park my car at the hotel during my stay. I didn't know about the fee until I showed up at the hotel. Be sure to consider this charge when deciding whether to stay at the hotel or elsewhere.

This was a nice hotel. We have stayed at it three or four times.

Good for business. Close to Toronto airport.

The Quality Suites Toronto Airport was a nice hotel for the price. Good proximity to the airport and easy to find. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Nonetheless, there were a few minor things that I found myself dealing with and accepting because of the overall value. The overall room itself was small and a little crowded. The furniture did not fit very well in the room (too large for the room size). There was not high-speed internet and no real kitchenette. Additionally, be prepared to pay for parking (@ $15/day it is not a trivial expense). Despite these things, I went for pleasure so much of this was not really an issue and would stay there again, but would probably try and different room type if available (one with fewer beds).
