I have stayed at this property several times and stored my car with them while flying out of Toronto. I always book through the Internet. When I got there I asked about parking my vehicle in their long term lot and was told I could not because I booked through Orbitz. I told the woman that I stay there regularly and have never been refused the $10 a night long term parking. She told me that I had probably been told that I couldn't park there before. I repeated I had NEVER been refused parking in their long term lot, which I pay for. She said well that policy is changed and you don't have any reason to be upset with me. I never raised my voice to her. This morning, I had to get up early to take my vehicle to a long term lot (actually less than their $10 per day). In addition, when I climbed in the shower this morning there were several long dark hairs in the tub. Someone also had their TV cranked up at 1:30 in the morning. With the Plethora of hotels available around Toronto's Peterson Airport, why would you work to drive money away? I guess that's up to the hotel to answer.

Hotel is a little tired restaurant was closed and breakfast was a little to be desired food wìse

I had to wait at the airport for one hour to have the shuttle. The worst part is the gentleman who answered the phone was indifferent and had no interest to receive the guest or consume minimal efforts to help him. Perhaps he was too busy to do so. Finally, after 4 calls he said the driver just left and you missed the bus which was hard to be missed, I tried to convince him I stand outside in a freezing temperature to meet the bus and have rest after 22 hours connecting flight. Anyway, he had apologized when he saw me at the hotel but there is something that has to be done to avoid such incidents in the future. He may have told the driver and he had come but if not it's too easy to claim the same if he doesn't wait at the designated area or call the customers by the hotel name. Additionally, should one of the customers who called is missing, it's pretty simple to missed call him to check if he is really there or not. That normally happens in the hotels who have interest to receive their guests.

The had no soap and hand lotion o had to wait a very long time foe shuttle this is after i cakled the hotel to ldt them know i was ready

Good location with facilities. Near airport and shuttle service

It was fine. There was a cob web from the large Stand that held the coffee maker in the fridge

Huge rooms, great service and wonderful front desk. Pickup and delivery right on time

Nice Hotel very close and convenient for airport access.

Didn't like the fact I couldn't park my car at the hotel for a couple of days as I was flying out. Other hotels in the area offer this service.
