Hotel was okay, room was small to accommodate 2 double size bed.

I have stayed here in the past and definately will again. The breakfast is very nice.

Very good. Would go back again. Breakfast excellent, friendly staff. Great fir price

I stayed here for a quick overnight as I was passing through Toronto. The hotel itself was decent for 3-star with modern bedding, rooms and decor. The room and bathroom were very clean. A few details like an outlet cover missing, a damaged vent cover and outdated air unit brought the rating down a bit. The breakfast was okay as the quality of the eggs was mediocre. The surrounding buildings were a little sketchy and I had some reservations. But, for the price point, overall, it's fine for a quick overnight stay.

CLean hotel a little over priced for the area. Will go back

My stay at this hotel did not live up to my expectations. Upon entering the lobby the smell of smoke welcomed me and lingered all weekend. The staff is unfriendly and made no attempt to make you feel welcomed or at ease. The breakfast service was poor to say the least... If you did not get to the serving area when they opened up, you missed the cold boiled eggs. The only saving grace was the waffle maker however, if you never operated one before you were in trouble. The asian gentleman who seemed to be the owner was impolite and generally non-responsive. There was only one ice machine and most of the time it did not produce any ice. My non smoking room was opposite the laundry room so every time I open my door there were laundry carts lined up outside my door. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I booked a NON-SMOKING ROOM. I was given a nasty, stinking smoking room upon checkin, counterperson said "sorry we are sold out"... I am allergic to smoke yet we had no alternative place to stay so I put my big boy pants on and sucked it up. There were other guests running through halls making noise. The place smelled like stale curry and reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets were DISGUSTING. Cigarette burn marks everywhere, on the bedspread, tables, even the bathtub. Bed was rock hard. NO sleep, got up early to get out of there ASAP!! Horrible.

Just visiting toronto area, hotel was farther from downtown than I expected. Hotel staff were helpful in getting us to the closest Metro station.
