Exterior of building is old and not kept up, the entrance does not have appealing appearance. The first clue this was not going to be good. There is a swimming pool in the main lobby atrium area and the hotel smells of chlorine. The room itself was not clean, carpet needed vacuuming, the curtains were coming loose and hanging irregular. The air conditioning did not work properly, it was not cooling and air was damp feeling like a swamp cooler. No windows in this room and lighting from the lamps were very dim. Supposed to be a "senior assisted room" but had a standard bath tub with two assist supports for ingress and egress. The hotel breakfast was meager at best and presentation was not good at all, two tables were not cleaned off, we went out to a restaurant for our breakfast. The only reason I stayed the one night was because it was too late in the evening to search for other facilities. My sister and I were very glad to be able to get a refund from Orbitz and get out of there the next morning. We found another Inn the next day and it was very nice, 1,000% better than this Ramada and very close by.

We called hotel and received early check-in, then We put our bags in the room and in the hall noticed carpet was wet an the ceiling had water dripping so happen to see house keeping showed her an she laughs and said they know. Then once we returned to the room the tv was not working the channel were scrambled call front desk the maintenance came to replace tv still same issue so manager comes in an says hey we can switch rooms or u can stay inroom and we will discount your stay 20% an also if u like can switch rooms tmrw if I don't have it fixed when i come in. We decided to just stay in room take 20%an thw next day the tv issues would be fixed when we returned from gmas on thanksgiving. So that morning as we get prepared to get dressed noticed there was only one face towel in the room. My husband went to the front an had to go walk an search for house keeping to get them. The hotel need remodeling. But the next issue is at 4am on Friday we received the receipt for the room to check out so about 5;30 i go to front an say hey I wanted to chk out he says no if u got receipt u are good. As drive home I call credit card company they say well hotel has charged $262 it was supposed to be $151, i call hotel get with front desk tell them issue he tell me to had card company call them cuz they only show $151 well asked speak manager he says gng tell same thing. Mngr no help even call corp. mngr can't tell me anything GM unavailable! Say have wait 5 days, but it illegal transactions

We thought it was a decent motel found a piece of sausage in the hide a bed the pool and hot tub close to soon not enough staff in the evenings

The hotel was incredibly dirty and parking was horrible.

The original room we were given had dirty sheets with hair between the sheets. They gave us a second room with stained sheets. Third room they put our family of 3 was a king. No towels, 1 washcloth, no sheets or blanket for couch. Coffee pot was missing. Front desk tried to help but housekeeping was a waste and no other accommodation from Hotel or Orbitz.

Really disappointed in the pool area. Way too crowded. Tried to go to sleep at 9:00, but the pool noise to loud until after 10:00. Sheets had a hole in them. Rooms were really small.

Room was very hot & humid. HVAC did not seem to work properly

Was aweful. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was horrible they didn't even have highchairs in there restaurant your supposed to be for families but with no highchairs in the restaurant or the breakfast are. We had blood all over our bed sheets the pillows and the bathroom. Was very dirty not clean at all.

Very old facility and showing it's age. Felt like a discount chain.

We were very impressed with this Ramada! This hotel is perfect if you have kids. And offers a decent buffet breakfast, that is good to get you going in the morning!

Mostly very good. BUT the hot tub is not fully functional. Custodian told us it has a shot that won't let the jets work. Pool temp is very good, better than usual. Breakfast is very good as usual. Rest/Bar is good. Staff is very good!

The hotel was good for the price, just stopped by overnight on a road trip. Nice indoor pool/hot tub.

Good place to stay. Nice overall. Have been here before. Good breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed the stay. I shows a little ware and tear but the breakfast was good, location was easy to get to and about right for the money.

Everything about this hotel was great! My daughter & nephew loved the pool, water could have been warmer, but it was a good hotel & planning on staying here again!

Decent hotel. Free breakfast was good. There is an indoor pool with waterslide in lobby

Stopped at the Ramada Topeka West on the way to Colorado, and had a nice comfortable stay. The water slide is the real deal!

Very convenient location, just off I70. At first thought a/c wasnt working. But ended up we weren't pushing button hard enough. Staff was very helpful. Used fitness room. Had eleptical, treadmill and bicycle.

Kids lived the pool with the water slide. Older hotel. Could use some remodeling to update the interior look. Had an issue with the AC not cooling but they sent someone up right away to look at it and problem was fixed within 20 minutes. Mattress needed to be replaced. They were not terrible but had a definite indentation where people lay down which made the bed uncomfortable for me but no one else had an issue with it. We will consider staying again since the kids enjoyed it and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we have had at hotels.

We checked in after a day playing ball. We go to our room and someone is already in it. We went back to desk and took us an hour to get a room. Told us the pool closed at 11 my girls got kicked out at 10:15. Had people that got cars broke into that evening as well. Only had one girl at the desk and service wasn't that good. Only had one towel in the room and had to wait an hour for towels to show up and then we had to go ask for them. The room had a window beside the door and the curtain didn't go over the entire window so that anyone could see in. We had to cover it so that the light wouldn't come in to get some sleep. The beds were the worst part! They were so hard that it made it uncomfortable to sleep. We had 6 families their from our team and everyone made the same comments on the beds. Best part of the stay was the free buffet breakfast.
