Quality Inn is very close to campus and restaurants. For a short stay I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a little dated and the bathrooms need to be updated especially the showers Overall the room was clean and close to campus.

Entering the room, I can smell that the carpet is somewhat old. At the check-in they said their breakfast if very good. It's not bad, but I miss fruits.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean but outdated. The mattresses and pillows were substandard, the shower curtain rod fell off. The breakfast was decent. All in all it was OK but for nearly 100.00 a night we expected a newer facility.

I thought it was excellent for the price. The breakfast was good, too.

We paid over $100 for this hotel, which could not have been worth more than $70 at most a night. It is a budget hotel, we were on the bottom floor overlooking a park that didn't feel very safe. Hotel was moderately clean but no amenities. Front desk attendant was very nice and helpful.

Cleant and well situated hotel with great breakfast. This older hotel has a nice pool and comfy beds. This is a great value for the money!

The hotel was older but clean and comfortable. We have two dogs, one with diabetes and having a frig in the room was wonderful to keep her insulin in without having to leave it in the office. The breakfast was really good. Best of all, was the staff. They helpful, friendly and professional. We will stay there again!

Conveniently located. Clean comfortable room. Great value for the money.

Good value hotel. Nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and adequate.

The hotel is very close to KU and restaurants. Great location!

Everything was just fine. As i expected, which is a good thing

We stayed because we were in town for the KU basketball game. Location was good for the price and as far as the amenities go: you get what you pay for.

This hotel is extremely close to the University of Kansas as well as downtown Lawrence. The hotel staff was very friendly, and assisted with any concerns customers had. Free, hot breakfast every morning, as well as a workout room that was great. The room was nice, but slightly outdated. Overall, it was a great experience.

Quiet and comfortable with an exceptional breakfast.

Room was clean and they even allowednus to check in early and get ready for the wedding we were going too. The staff were super super nice and accomidating!!!

Breakfast was OK, room turned out to be a smoking room, smelled smoked in and a cover up freshener. carpet several burn marks. selected hotel as it was pet friendly, but cost $10 extra. Was easy drive to sports event. Toilet ran all night as the clapper didn't close off well so refilled every minute. Bed was comfortable and room kept a comfortable temp. for sleeping. Hotel hadn't done any up grades from last stay, two years ago. Would stay there again in a nonsmoking room.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff--very friendly, accommodating, really the kind of service you don't even find in first-class hotels. The rooms are clean and actually quite nice, especially the bed. Breakfast is the usual fare: some browning bananas and the inevitable waffle-maker and weak coffee. Not really "deluxe" (as the sign says). The pool was not in working condition (but the friendly receptionist quickly gave me directions to the Best Western, where he said I could use the pool free of charge). and the dryer ate up all my quarters without drying anything. All in all, as expected, with the staff far better than expected. I hope the manager knows what he has in these people.

I randomly picked this motel because of its price and location as I was running in the Kansas Half Marathon the next morning but was pleasantly surprised. The room was very comfortable and location was about as good as you could get without actually staying downtown(at more than twice the price). I would highly recommend to anyone coming in for the race next year. You can take 9th street from the motel straight downtown in less than 10 minutes which much less traffic than from any other direction. The continental breakfast was very good also. For those with children, there is a park next door.
