First, Orbitz only booked me for 1 night instead of 2. The TV only had 1 channel - WGN. The door closest to my room wouldn't unlock with my key card. It was a smoking room and I requested non smoking.

Had a water leak. Staff was responsive in giving us another room.

Beer caps around the bed, crude message left on the room mirror that my young daughter found, cot that was brought in was unfit to sleep on, dogs barking in the middle of the night, cigarette smoke assaulted us as we entered our non-smoking room.

The sink and the toilet need to be replaced. They are not in good shape.

We wanted to go on a mini vacation but to keep it cheap. You get what you pay for, the outside looks a little on the rough side especially the windows. Inside is fairly nice. Our room was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, which is heated. They have a continental breakfast that isn't amazing but works when you are trying to keep things cheap. Both of the front desk people we met were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay but is still clean and has a few extras this is a good place to go

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

The room smelled bad, the sink was cracked and rusted, there was a dirty towel on the floor so I know the room had not been cleaned well. The location was great, right on a main street surrounded by fast food and a Walmart across the street.

Hmmm...so the sign says "pet friendly". We arrive and see a fellow pull a huge Doberman Pincer from his van and walk him around the motel. We check in and faintly hear small dogs barking. Our room smells like somebody's pooch peed on the carpet and it almost got all cleaned up. Good rate and comfy room but the four legged clients made us a little uncomfortable. Dennys is 100 feet away so that was good but it wasn't a really outstanding restaurant - barely average. Kind of an underwhelming experience overall...

While nothing was a deal breaker, we weren't impressed with this hotel as a whole. It smelled like mildew when we arrived, had the weakest continental breakfast I've ever seen, and the sheets were faintly stained (I believe they weren't properly bleached) from previous guests. Additionally, the staff chose to let some intoxicated men hang around by the front entrance at night. With so many hotels in the area, I think we could have done much better.

Great except the man at desk was helpful but not friendly.

All in all it was a nice hotel,,,yet it's saying my description is too short so I will ramble till it say's it's good enough, sorry for not getting it right the first time!

Smelly, dirty, pool is cloudy and slimy with mold around the edges of pool. Cleaning staff took a BM in my bathroom while I went to breakfast! broken shelf in bathroom! Should I even go on?

We had a really good experience. Husband is diabetic, room had microwave and refrigerator. Very comfortable and clean. Access to get to motel is a bit difficult, but other than that was very pleased with our stay.

I have stayed here three times, and am very happy each time. They keep the property up well, and I felt very safe. The price was really good! Especially with an indoor pool and hot tub.

The location was fantastic, the room clean and the staff friendly. The contenental breakfast need some work. The bagels were inadequate, very dry and small and I will reccomended offering donuts among the choices for breakfast.

Staff was average. We had 2 rooms. The first room was so cold when we got there we turned on the heater and the smoke alarm went off. So we got another room. Tub faucets leak, wall paper falling off wall, not very clean, toilets do not flush well, bathroom had soap and shampoo - no conditioner - no lotion. Do Not Stay here. It is not worth the price.

It is a good price for being in that part of town. The pool was nice! They had a really good breakfast for a serve yourself breakfast.

In town for the Summernationals. This hotel is very convenient from Heartland Park and close to several good restaurants

The room had a terrible smell. The door didn't close correctly. They didn't come to clean the room until 4 PM Hope I never have to stay there again.

Little over price. Rooms dated and breakfast was poor!
