This motel was a bit shocking. The exterior needed a lot of maintenance. The doors looked like someone came a slapped a horrible paint job on them. The door handle was not secure. The room was basic and clean but the furniture was old and the room fridge had a half removed sticker on the front that no one took the time to remove. The toilet barely flushed, sometimes taking 2 to 3 flushes to get paper to go down.

Do not waste your money like we did. My husband went in to check the room and walked right back out. It was dirty with ants on the floor. It looked very run down on the outside, which should have been an indication. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel right away.

Had to book at last second as my other booking did not take . The people were very nice, the room was clean. It's older and not brand new but every thing worked. My son said the breakfast tasted good also.

Convenient location for my initial needs while relocating to this community. Plenty of parking and rooms were quiet. Door gap allowed some weather and bugs to enter the room though. Tiny bathrooms. Bed was comfortable, room clock didn't work, and no outlets near bed to plug in computer and phone for charging.

Rude front deak staff. Bathroom tub drain was so loud and non working TV channels. No drawers in the dresser.

It was an acceptable room and served its purpose all was good and I can not complain

inexpensive hotel . Room was clean, that's what is important to me

Stayed a week. Had pool and fitness room. Free breakfast was good.

The hotel is conveniently located near KU. Decent continental breakfast

Perhaps this hotel was at one time a two-star motel, but those are long, long gone. Only about 15% occupied and really a one-star location with dilapidated facilities and no amenities. Location is fine so perhaps it will be renovated one day. Until then, spend your money elsewhere.

Compare to other hotels' prices, this once's is really cheap. Clean and not bad location. Old but still ok.

Was arriving late so did not want to spend a lot. The room was pretty clean, but in desperate need of an update.

Nothing was out of the ordinary. No complaints about anything besides the fact they didn't have any water fountains. Beds were comfortable, room had a wonderful AC, shower had good pressure/temperature.

Clean staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms where clean

The rooms r clean the staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was surprisingly quiet. Microwave and refrigerator appeared standard. The.pillows were nice and fluffy. The beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.. The TV was not clear and had limited channels (25-30). Only 3 tables in the breakfeast room. We had to eat with a elderly man of Middle Eastern descent whom starred at us the whole time. The supplied breakfast was below average. Watched the manager pour the generic gravy mix out of the can. Nice location close to KU campus.

I just stayed at this Days Inn for a quick KU Visit, it was clean and they offered a free continental breakfast. Those were probably the only to pluses to this joint. Overall, this hotel is fairly average, nothing bad noting great.

The room was average. It is an older hotel. The bath tub had a problem draining. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

When we got into the room it was cold because the window was open. It was February. Clerk was nice enough. The place was dirty and had paint peeling, dirty shower faucet, and just looked dated. The beds were comfy. This place will work if it's just a quick stay.

This place is on its last leg, definitely needs a full remodel. Worn out, tired and definitely the last choice on my list. But, you can't beat the price.
