Hotel is VERY old and run down. Hallways smell musty and hot tub has strange green haze to it. Breakfast was terrible. No seating available as the breakfast room was being remodeled and breakfast is now served in the lobby. Breakfast options are few as well. Only brown bananas offered for fruit choice. Rooms OK but definitely not worth the price they charge. Bathroom vanity was updated with granite but bath tub clearly hasn't been updated in years! Chipped and scratched and definitely should only be used for showers! Came in for a tournament and will never stay here again.

We needed a hotel for the weekend but it ended up being the KU homecoming weekend so there weren't any hotels available. We paid WAY more than this hotel room was worth for 3 nights. The hotel is in serious need of an update. The beds were so uncomfortable, my back hurt so bad after 3 nights, I could hardly walk. There was a stale French fry next to the nightstand when we arrived and a layer of dust around the edges of the carpet where the vacuum doesn't reach. No one ever cleans by the pool. One night there were a bunch of used towels by the hot tub with a banana from breakfast sitting under them! When we arrived, the entry to the hotel smelled like everyone had been using that for their smoking room. Yuck. I will never stay there again.

A nice place to rest your feet. Close to decent restaurants and stores. mostly within a mile or 2.

No issues. We checked in early and it wasn't a problem for the staff. Very comfortable.

I have stayed in Baymont Inn & Suites several times over the last few months, but this one makes me not want to stay again. The service was ok, the room was semi clean, but the bathroom was horrible. The commode didn't flush properly, the toilet paper was like sandpaper and the shows head was in desperate need of being cleaned. The room was very noisy too. The door to the stairway didn't have full access because vending machines were sitting partly in front of it. The vending machines were almost completely empty except for a few candy bars. If I make another trip to Lawrence, I will be finding a different hotel!

The hotel was nice I stay there every time I'm in town

the breakfast in the morning is not very exciting. There was a used condom in the parking lot outside the side door the entire week of my stay. This hotel refurbished the bathrooms, but they didn't finish the wall instead there are two blue plastic electrical plates (maybe they took out lights?) I have stayed here several times before and every room has these two electrical plates. The selection of TV channels is limited. The windows open wide, which can be nice.

This place needs some modernizing, but otherwise is fine. A classic badly-designed American motel. The walls are thin, the HVAC is loud, the carpets damp and worn. My room was clean and that is the important thing.

VERY noisy at about 2:30 with drunken patrons yelling in the hallway. Also road-side rooms have terrible traffic noise all night on busy street.

I added a night to the stay and payed regular rates. I asked for a roll away bed and then found out the room had a hideabed. Told them to cancel the roll away bed which they did, but not the extra charge. The pool was very cloudy and the hot tub was out of order.

We had to switch rooms cuz the one they gave us smelled like pot. Neither tvs worked int either room. fiannly got it to work, after the clerk had to program a remote. Waffle iron was dirty and the waffles were sticking.

We were there to look for housing & unload a U-Haul with my son's furniture to start Graduate School at KU starting in August. It was great

Hotel provided shelter, but not much more. The rooms were small. 2 people could not fit into the bathroom at the same time, so it was difficult getting ready in the morning. Bathroom door kept swinging shut. Pool had a layer of hair on the top of it and was small. Pool next door was very inviting.

The Baymont Inn was in a very safe location so I felt very secure at coming and going at any time. The room was very large and also had a nice size bathroom. It was great to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room.
