This was an emergency pick as we need a place to stay close to the hospital. Requested non smoking room but when we walked into the room it smelled of old stale smoke. Nasty. The room was labeled non smoking but it clearly was not.

I always like this hotel because none bother you and all are nice. I like room right by my vehicle and fridge and microwave

Room was clean refrigerator was a little noisey outside needed a little spruced up It was a place to stay for the night

It was quiet and I was not bothered by anyone everyone worked there nice office really nice and clean I like these older hotels because huge rooms fridge and microwave I loved my free fast wifi and will stay again

This was the last of 8 hotels my sister and I used as we traveled. Check in was fine. The building was old, but painted on the exterior. Inside the sink drain was stuck in the closed position. There wasno bars soap. The sheets were the thinnest I've ever seen. One of the top sheets had a burn hole in it. Under the bottom sheet there were lots of human hairs embedded in the felt like mattress cover. One of the towels had a huge stain maybe rust, maybe blood! Breakfast was supposed to be served in the morning, but we tried the door a little after 7 and it was locked. We cut our loses and hit the road.

This place was a disappointment. I booked it because it was the closest hotel I could find to downtown Toledo. The place was old and outdated. The air conditioning in my room didn't work. The "breakfast" was a joke - only three things on the counter - waffle maker and mix, bread for toast, and cereal. That was it and they advertise this as a big perk?!?! I would not stay at this place again.

This hotel was okay, but the mattress was too old and not too supportive. It was a king bed and the lower back area of the mattress was a sinkhole.

Very thin walls, could hear everything in the room next door. When using WiFi, kept getting pop-ups indicating the service would expire if the bill wasn't paid. Shower head was very loose in the wall. Heater would work, but only kept the room about 60 degrees. No continental breakfast (explained to me when I checked in). Staff indicated the bank had taken over from the previous owner of 14 years. But, the price was right. :-) You get what you pay for.

lots to do there, if u can put up with the rooms not clean

I basically used the room to sleep in and that was it. I was happy that the room had WiFi as well.

Staff is nice. Good value for buck. Pool clean. Convenient to 475. Restaurants nearby but only one within walking distance. Hotel shows it's age but rooms clean. Strip mall across busy highway: Kohl's, Old Navy (to name a few).

The Knights Inn Maumee Ohio is not expensive but is comfortable enough for the price. It is probably a case of you get what you pay for. Everything was average and nothing stood as as being really bad. So, for the price is was good enough, just don't expect 4 star amenities etc

The Knights Inn Toledo West was exactley what we needed. We were in town for a wedding & needed someplace with a comfy bed & clean shower. That is what we got. We were pretty much just in & out, so it suited our needs. We have stayed before, and we'll stay again.
