Great price for the size room! Easy to park. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. The only areas of opportunity would be that there was no regular coffee in lobby during breakfast…only decaf and hot water (for tea). I asked the kind lady in charge of the breakfast and she said they don’t have regular coffee available ever—she had to pick up regular coffee at the gas station on her way into work. Also, no streaming of movies available. Again, not biggies…just opportunities for improvement.

A room with king-sized bed and sofa was requested; only got the king bed. No explanation offered/given. Breakfast tasted like the cardboard container in which it was served; had to request utensils and napkins. Would have been much better if a coupon to adjacent MacDonald's had been offered.

Pool is small but nice. Water a little chilly and the pool room was also a bit cold. Nice clean rooms and lobby.
We only stayed for 1 night on our way to Canada, the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was not great, but we don't have high expectations.
this is a pretty quiet hotel, save for the plumbing. i was on the 1st floor, and when someone above me flushes the toilet, it makes quite a racket. Design flaw. The wheelchair accessible shower tends to drain towards the toilet.
Hotel did the job. Was there to spend time with family for New Year's. Room was a bit underwhelming and the suite with study is basically a room with a couch right next to it. Not very private or comfortable. Breakfast was a bit plain and one morning half of the items were not brought out. The staff was friendly and Gail, our housekeeper was amazing... she was truly the star of the stay.
We took our 4 year old for the weekend and had a lovely time. The pool is awesome and breakfast was delicious! Love that the lobby has a coffee station setup all day to enjoy. Will be returning to the hotel.

We loved the hotel, but upon returning home we found the hotel charged our credit card $280.00. We left the room in the same condition as when we arrived. Very upset.
We arrived right around check-in time, only to be told our rooms weren't ready yet. We were put in adjacent rooms right opposite the elevators. And forced to sign a conduct agreement, which was really strange. The rooms were fine but one had a wall thermostat and one didn't. And neither had a mini-fridge. Who doesn't have a mini-fridge these days?

Thank you for your feedback. We provide 2 Regular types of coffee as well as Decaf and a pot of hot water available 24/7 in our lobby for our guests. We are currently in the process of upgrading our cable and internet to allow guests the opportunity to purchase movies. We hope that you will visit us again soon to see all of our improvements. Thank you for taking the time to fill out a response. We are very sorry about the inconvenience with the sofa bed. Unfortunately we do not have any on our property at this time due to renovations. Our front desk should have warned you.

Thank you for your review. Our continental breakfast offers muffins , bagels, white bread, wheat bread, english muffins, waffles (2 different kinds with topping options), apples , bananas , oatmeal, Cereal , Eggs (hard boiled and scrambled) and a choice of meat.
