Lobby was locked. Finally got in to wait 20 minutes at an empty front desk. Tried calling and got redirected to an answering service who put us in touch with the wrong hotel. When we finally got our room, it smelled unbelievably bad. Give your money to another hotel.

The front desk staff were very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, coffee was very good.

Overall, pleased with our experience. Great location, near restaurants & shopping. The room (carpet, kitchenette) was a tad shabby/out-dated, but a sign in the lobby said they were currently renovating/updating. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast could have been better (instant oatmeal, cereal bars, individually wrapped muffins), but it was a pleasant surprise they had one at all considering the rooms had kitchenettes to make your own.

The pictures of the hotel were great. The stay was decent. There were a few things that were a little bit of a let down: The hotel had a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave but there were not any pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc to cook with. What is the purpose of the kitchen at that point? The bathroom had water damage on the ceiling along with the beginning stages of mold due to the water damage. There was also a small amount of mold on the ceiling in the bedroom above the window. There was no housekeeping service unless you stay for longer than 8 days, the front desk gave us a trash bag to put our towels in for the 4 days that we were there. Every time that we needed cups and towels, we had to go to the front desk and ask for them. The staff acted like we were a burden when we asked for clean towels. I am pretty angry that I paid this amount of money for this kind of service.

I was in town for a bowling tournament, my stay was perfect for this event.

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and professional. Would definitely return again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel as it not far from the higway and maybe 25 minutes from the Toledo Casino. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place that has eating places and convenient shopping this a good in between location.

This hotel is perfectly located between several wonderful restaurants and in the middle of my son's two college golf courses. I think all of the Owen athletic parents should give it a try

as always, this is a great clean place to stay. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel was fine for the most part. I did not like that the room was not cleanend every day. As far as it being accessible, it was ok, EXCEPT...the commode was way to low, making it impossible to get up without assistance.

The experience was very ordinary. The breakfast was lousy. The hotel was very affordable, but you get what you pay for.

Every time I travel I always trying to find an extended stay and this happens to be one of my favorites it's very clean the staff is friendly and it's in a good neighborhood. I always sleep well here

This is definitely a two star hotel. Very friendly staff and good location, but the room left something to be desired. The bed and bathroom were clean, and the hotel very quiet, but that was it. Cheerios on the floor, along with dead bugs. From now on we pay the extra to only stay at three stars or above.

The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 star was because it could use some updating. I booked the room for 3 nights and only ended up staying 1 night because my business plans changed.[...] A clean and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

comfy, clean, nice kitchenette area, close to restaurants

It was a good choice of hotels. Just kind of far from town, but it worked out.

Upon entering the room I was overcome by the smell of smoke. I called the front desk and they informed me that all non-smoking rooms were taken for the evening. She then came to the room to spray deoderizer. The room size was really great and the bathroom was very clean (cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed in). I became unsatisfied in the evening when I tried to sleep. The room walls are so thin that I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. While a no frills place, it was very clean and comfortable and had a nice location with good eating options around. Would definitley stay there again when travelling to Ann Arbor for games.
