Great staff
I booked a double Queen room and received a king bed with a round couch, I was told since I booked 3rd party through Orbitz I got whatever was available. The woman at the front desk was rude, and not helpful at all, I overheard her complaining about me as I stood waiting at the elevator. The round couch was a pull out but there were zero extra blankets or pillows in the room. I will not be biking through orbitz again or staying at a Marriott in the future.
The disappointing factor was that the tables have not been wiped. There was some cluey stuff spilled on the computer table and the cabinet surface. I cleaned it myself.
They should have a note under their hotel name saying that they where under construction, we decided on that holtel because it was really close from our family and review where good.
People very nice very professional nice rooms central located too several restaurants, next to the high way easy access. I stay in Maumee 2 times a year best motel yet.
Very nice, comfortable room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Very close to several restaurant chains Mancie's restaurant was very close and very nice.
I added the extra breakfast only to find out that the hotel had made it complimentary during renovations to the lobby. The hotel refused to give me a refund. So in the end I paid $5 for a complimentary breakfast. The hotel should have changed this policy for online services. The breakfast itself was average at best and certainly not worth an additional $5 per person. There are probably better options in the area.
the weekend was a great exscape besides going to the wedding......we had the room with King size bed and jzquzzie tub in the bed room......romatice and relaxing......and the pool and hot tub just added more relaxation.......and when hungry....steakhouse right next door to walk to or other resturants within walking distince.....the whole weekend was.....ahhhh.....nice.......and my sisters came in for the wedding and they also stayed at this hotel....they loved it too.,....
I booked this room because I was attending the funeral of my grandfather. Hotel was very nice, clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. However, my brother stayed at the same hotel, he did not book a room in advance and got a room for a rate of $59.00. I booked a room in advance through [...] and got a rate of $89.00. Because I booked through [...], the hotel would not give me the same rate as my brother ($59.00). It was a very difficult time for me with the passing of my grandfather and then to find out that I could not get the same rate as my brother, was very disappointing. I doubt that I will book through [...] in the future.
Went to parents weekend at BGSU. A great stay, great staff, convenient location. Excellent breakfast buffet, including eggs to order. Once again, great staff and OUTBACK delivers right to your room!
The staff was friendly and helpful with directions to local sites. They always had a sincere greeting when returning from an outing;so rare nowadays. My room was clean on arrival and the housekeeping staff was top notch for all four days of my stay. I will stay at this location every time I visit Toledo in the future!
For some reason the street it was located on did not show up on my GPS and I had to call the hotel for directions.
