The lobby, bar, and restaurant was on the 24th floor and offered amazing views of Tokyo in the morning

Great location central to train and subway stations.

Junior Twin Suite was spacious enough for our family of 4 (two young children, 7 and 4), well appointed, and had wonderful views. Staff was very courteous. Location is excellent with close quick access to Shimbashi and Shiodome stations! Also right next to the Ghibli clock.

Very good hotel, good location, friendly staff. If it's your first time in Tokyo, is a good choice

We have a great view of the city! The room was very nice and the beds very comfortable. The bar in the lobby served us great cocktails too.

Modern hotel with excellent staff from desk to restaurants to housekeeping. Rooms are a little small, but everything is well laid out. Location convenient to Tokyo subway and train system to Haneda (30 min via Asakusa line), as well as the monorail to Tokyo Big Sight exhibition site (~30 min via Yurikamome line). Lobby is on 24th Floor, so plan ahead if you prefer taxis to transit.

good hotel in very convenient location. will recomend

Very clean and convenient. Rooms small but comfortable. Will recommend

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 times so far. It's always my choice when I visit Tokyo. Great location. However, I would like to suggest that the size of the room should show in the description while booking the reservation. I have booked the Tokyo tower view before and the room was bigger, but I got a rather small one this time and only able to see the tower when I am really close to the window. If I knew this earlier, I would booked the bigger room and give up the tower view.

Excellent staff and convenient location for sightseeing. Easy walking distance to Shimbashi station.

Good experience , Good location i like this hotel i will stay again i will advices my friends

Great location near Shimbashi and Shiodome train stations. With the JR lines at Shimbashi, you can get all around Tokyo quickly and it's covered under the JR passes. Lots of restaurants (fast food and sit down) nearby, as well as a 24 hour convenience store right outside.

We had a great 3-night stay in a deluxe king room with nice views. It has an extra wide bed that is much wider than a standard king. There is a fridge (but no mini bar) and Keurig coffeemaker in the room. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Shiodome Exit of the Shimbashi Station, which is only 4 minutes (2 stops) away from Tokyo Station on the JR Yamanote Line (the rail line the makes a full loop around various areas of Tokyo). It's near plenty of restaurants, both fast food or takeout and dine-in, plus there is a Family Mart convenience store right outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry facilities a big plus. Conveniently located near Shimbashi station.

Highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location for early visits to Tsukiji market and easy access to the JR Line just two stops from Tokyo Station. The rooms are small but lovely with dynamite views of Tokyo Tower and relaxing love seats smartly nestled against the floor-to-ceiling window. We also appreciated the bottle of wine the staff left for our anniversary celebration. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for couples visiting Tokyo.

Fine business hotel with exceptionally courteous staff. Rooms are a bit small, typical of Japanese interiors, but not cramped.

Inconvenient lobby on the 34th floor plus the need to change elevator to your room. Otherwise great hotel. We were bothered by noise from the wind on our 30th floor room.
