Rooms are extremely small, smaller than the usual Tokyo hotels. We needed a room for a night before we flew back home to the states, this place is okay, gave us a nice place to just sleep. The location is pretty far from any JR rail therefore beware!

It was a good hotel conveniently located and staff was very helpful

Good cheap hotel. A bit uphill from the station, but not too far. Room is small but that is to be expected for Tokyo.

very clean and accessible. hotel breakfast was very nice and delicious. I look forward to visiting here soon.

Nothing great, nothing bad. Definitely a good choice if you're staying for a couple of days in Tokyo.

I really enjoyed my stay. Room was tiny but very clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was simple comfort food, very amenable to Western tastes. I also really liked the location with a short walk to the train. Very safe area. And best of all, a great value.

A very great stay for the price! The staff were enormously helpful when my husband and I needed help looking for a nearby Catholic church. We arrived early morning and they kept our luggage and also had our room ready EARLY. Coffee in the lobby was a delight and breakfast was okay. We were right by the Akasaka metro station so that made traveling very easy. Shiseido amenities, toothbrush, and razor were all included! The biggest challenge was getting up a steep hill from the A station or even through the TBS building were tons of stairs/one escalator. Not ideal for luggage carrying, so you should get a taxi or like us.. got extra exercise!

This is hotel, represent, awesome staff, clean place, and location ways is incredible, close to the Akasaka green line (you can go anywhere from there) the restaurant at the hotel was good as well (Italian), rooms are small but comfy, we just needed to sleep, WI-FI is good and again you cannot beat the location. Across the street from TBS. Dryers don't work that well, make sure you have ask for a non-smoking room.

Nice and clean but the rooms are very small. There is also a metro stop nearby, but the bottom line is that its very tight for two people. If you are staying alone it should be fine.

Overall the hotel was ok. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. Location was pretty far from station and there was no wifi in the room (only in lobby). Breakfast was also ok but crowded.

We enjoyed three nights at this hotel. We arrived fairly late due to the flight schedule and the first thing happening at the hotel was the staff greeting us by name. The room is quite small but functional and sparkling clean. The bathroom is indeed only separated but a glass wall, so this is something to get used too. The shower is awesome, a rainforest shower type with many heads and sufficient water pressure. The breakfast is okay with many western and Japanese choices providing a good start into the day. There is a free Saeco coffee machine in the lobby making way better coffee than what is provided at breakfast. The hotel is indeed located at a steep hill, however, a public lift eases that and circumvents any climbing. Fortunately, the lift is right by the metro station.

Very close to Akasaka train station.

touring Japan. the rooms in the hotel were so so small.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing the b akasaka and sharing your feedback of your recent stay. Concerning room size, our rooms are little compact compared to ones overseas and out of Tokyo, however everything you need is appointed and well-arranged. It will be transferring and pretty far to the JR rail, but it takes 15 minutes to Tokyo station and 20 minutes to Shinjuku station. We thank you again, staying with us and taking the time to write your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again. Sincerely, the b akasaka / Hotel Manager
