great culture, wonderful country and beautiful city.

I had a great time. Very nice hotel in Tokyo. Nice location!

Rooms were small, but hotel is clean and good value for the price. Location is a 10-15 minute walk from plenty of local restaurants and train station, and a short train ride from the popular areas of Tokyo such as Ginza and Shibuya

small but comfortable it's clean. I like it. Will stay next time.

The rooms here are tiny, which is a shame, because they have a huge open air atrium by design, so these rooms were kept small intentionally, not because they didn't have the space. 2 pillows per bed wasn't too impressive for a 4 star hotel. Area is completely safe, short walk to the subway with a grocery store along the way. Plenty of dining options nearby too. The continental breakfast features excellent croissants.

The rooms are very big. The bathroom was also very clean and big and the view from the 15th floor was excellent. The complimentary breakfast, buffet served in the lobby, was very good (Yogurt, Miso soup, dried seaweed, rice, salmon or mackerel, salad with japanese or ranch dressing, eggs, sausage, marmalade, croissaint, fresh bread buns, butter, tea, coffee, milk, orange juice). The room had a refrigerator and they put cold wáter bottle everyday and there is an electric pot water heater so you can prepare your tea or coffee. There was a foot massager in the room, also hair drier which my wife found it very good and a trouser press. The pillows were very confortable and they also put sleeping gown and slippers. Location:The hotel is in a business área and in front of the hotel there is a plaza with restaurants and a supermarket. This hotel is located only 6 minutes away from the JR Tamachi Station and about the same distance from the Mita subway Station. The most popular train called Yamanote passes by the JR Tamachi and is only three station away from the Central Tokyo Station where you can take the Shinkansen to different cities like Kyoto or the nNarita Expres to the airport. I really enjoyed may stay in the hotel.

The hotel is quite close to Tamachi Yamanote line, and it was easy to find. If you need a room just for sleep, this is good option. There is a breakfast but no other food service as vending machines only have beverages.

Good place to come back after A day of traveling around Tokyo. Rooms are clean and quiet, same for the surrounding area. Hotel mostly used by Japanese business people and locals. Nothing of interest in this area, and the building itself.

The rooms are quite spacious for Japanese standards and perfect for a short stay.

Overall it is an excellent place to stay, room is small though, considering Tokyo a very expensive place, cost is reasonable. When I asked about WiFi in the room they told me: "WiFi is not available in the room it is available only in the lobby", however they should tell me it was WIRED internet available in the room, I just realized it 30 min before check out!
