I stayed for 2 nights in April, 2017. Here are pros and cons. Pros: -Location: It is a great location near the Tokyo Big Sight. It takes 20 min to get to downtown Tokyo by either Yurikamome or tokyo Rinkai Express Rinkai line but you can enjoy the view of Tokyo bay area. It is in Odaiba area so that there are close to the shopping malls. -Price: Very reasonable. Business hotels in downtown Tokyo are typically expensive but business hotels in Odaiba area is relatively reasonable because it is a bit away from downtown but it should be manageable. -Cleanliness: Hotel and hotel room are very clean. -Staff: Staffs are very professional. -Payment: You can pay in foreign currency (i.e. US dollars) if you want. -Convenience store: The hotel has a LAWSON convenience store in the building Cons: -Location: It takes 20 mins to get to downtown by train. There is no shuttle bus from airports or Shinkansen stations so that if you have a large size of travel luggage, you might want to book other hotels in the same Odaiba area.
It is located in the business area, very quiet during nighttime, not much to do but very close to two train stations within 5 minutes walking distance. Very convenient to go to shopping places such as Aqua City and Divercity. Rooms are small but clean. Has all the basic amenities needed. Check in was a breeze, also have a number of self check out kiosk s
Clean room and good choice of amenities. Bath towels are a bit worn out though. Air conditioner broke down during the 1st day of our stay, took engineers 3 times to fix the problem. Nevertheless, Sun Route Ariake is still a good choice, considering it is only a few minutes walking distance from Tokyo Big Sight.
Hotel in a good location, on the airport limo route. Close to train stations and excellent location in Odaiba. A convenience store was within walking distance, although we didn't notice many eating places closeby. Hotel was quiet and we enjoyed being able to walk to the sights in Odaiba on the wide central boulevard away from traffic, and get the train back. This hotel worked out well for us on our first visit to Japan - a gentle introduction before the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
There are airport limousine buses to this hotel - but you will have to check on the timing on the website! The hotel was the first on the drop off list for the Ariake area hotels & the bus turned into the lobby (which I really appreciate instead of dropping off by the roadside). Check-in was a breeze & you have to tap the room card on the lift sensor so that it could take you to your room floor. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms! They were so much bigger than most of the Shinjuku hotels & at a more affordable rate. That aside, the bathroom was so bright & did not have that annoying step which most Japanese hotel's bathroom have. Facilities felt really new and the bed was really comfortable as well. There's a lawsons in the hotel & a 7-11 opposite and a beautiful tulips park just beside the hotel. The nearest station is the Kokusai Tenjijo Senmon Station (Yurikamome line) which is about 5 mins walk towards the Tokyo Fashion Town building ! There's an escalator going up to the platform and gates so no worries even if you have big luggages ! Would recommend that you stay in this hotel if you have any events in Odaiba area or Tokyo Big Sight!
We just checked in the room for 1 night. The front desk staff ms.lee seemed not willing to help us, and gave the room at the end of the corridor to us. That's fine. But the room was very dirty, stains everywhere even on the blanket. The room temperature was very hot. And when we checked in, we just asked the lady could her please help us to book a hotel, but she rejected and asked us to call the restaurant by ourselves. Just a call but don't understand why the lady not willing to help us and ask the guest to call by themselves in the room? Don't choose this hotel if u have other chooses.
Overall good hotel. PROs - room ok - pillows too soft just like any other hotels in Japan - wifi great - humidifier and leg massage inside room - convenient store and restaurant at level 1 - opposite train station - near to outlet shopping mall and odaiba city - provides tours to disney land - money changer machine at lobby - super beautiful park in front of hotel if u going during tulip season CONs - far from city about 40mins train ride which costs about 500yen per way
Stayed at here from 14 - 17 April, for 2 room. Room temperature was hot, bed size also not suitable for 2 adults. Talked to the front desk/customer services regarding the temperature and they cant assist anything since it is centralized. Unbelievable. So we need to open the door while sleeping. (Temperature showed in the aircon panel was 20C, but when checked using my watch, it's 24C) Been sneezing also, due to the cleanliness of the carpet and everything else. Shuttle bus to airport is only one, once over capacity, and that's it. Asked them to assist us book the taxi for nxt morning, the answer also the same 'overbooked', can't help. Very very dissapointing.
Check-in is at 3 p.m. - and they mean it, not 10 minutes earlier! Then, the best of the room I had was the view out of it. The room itself, furniture, carpet pretty worne. Some upholstery even with cracks in the ffabrics. Carpet and upholstery littered with countless indefinable stains. I could not use the upholstery!
The hotel is very nice. The room included a foot massager, as well as an extra large TV. Walking from the hotel to say Venus fort took about 15 minutes walk. The hotels breakfast, while expensive and not included in the room price, is very good and worth trying at least once.
