We had to get into a Summit and the rest of the Hotels in the area were full, so we found it. The room didnt have the basics items: iron, table for ironing, coffee maker, hairdryer, safebox, and the breakfast was not included. They have keys for the rooms, and they cannpt give you two cos they said have only one per room, they dont have cards, so that really make us feel unsafe to leave our things, so we decide only stay one night. The staff was not really kind. I really dont recomend to stay in this hotel, only if there is no other option.
the room has a great view, the elevators are always ready, just push the botton, and the people in fron desk has an excelent attitude epecialy miss Nayeli Hernandez that she help me a lot, finding the best way to travel to tehotihuacan and she was so kind, i realy apreciate her atentions, the other thing is, so easy to get there, because is near te periferico, one of the main avenues to get any were else, i spend like 20 minutes to get there from the airport of mexico city
Motel 6 has better overall value than this place. First, the place looks nice inside but don't you dare go outside without a local guide! Pollution everywhere, unsanitary and unsafe sidewalk. Taxis right outside door will overcharge you. They do not use a meter so you have to haggle on price before you go. We ended up using Uber and it was waaaay cheaper. Our USA based app worked just fine. The prices quoted are in pesos and distances in kilometers. Back to hotel, it was necessary to run the water about 15 minutes to get it warm enough to take a shower. No mini bar, no FRIDGE to keep water or drinks. The room has a vent for A/C but they are too cheap to run it. Lights in room are daylight and would be better if they were a warmer color. The bed was King size but the mattress is low quality. Internet access was free (WI-FI). Didn't use the restaurant/cafe but for a bottle of coke and a cookie, they overcharged!!! Noise from "freeway" outside wouldn't let us sleep, even in fourth floor. Personnel were nice and helpful but they really are just there, happy to have a job. The owners and management of the place should really invest a little into better quality and service. Then they would have a winner!
Excellent service by the waiter Ignacio Gonzalez. Attentive, capable and committed to the service to the guests. Rooms always in order and staff attentive to customer service. Very good hotel. And I hope to visit again.
All the staff is so kind specially the recepcionist Elba, Jose, Adriana and Beatriz Lozada. Betty is so nice and she knows what to do if you have a problem. The place has a good located. I really recommend this place you are going to feel as home. Thank you for everything guys. You are an amazing team
I stayed at the Valle for one week. My husband was in school for the week and I was by myself at the hotel and I can't speak Spanish. Thank god for Jorge he was so helpful. He could speak a little English and he made my stay much more enjoyable. He was able to give me information on where to go and help me order my food. Everyday he would check in with me and make sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything he was there to help. Without Jorge I would've been lost. Also the rooms were kept very clean, they came in everyday, changed the sheets, cleaned the shower and gave you new towels. The price was also right you get your value for your buck. All the staff were very friendly. All in all I had a great stay!
The hotel is quiet and the price is average we spent 5 days and the price was after taxes about 290$ the showers are large the beds soft the area was industrial and the route for the bus was right outside and the taxis that are the best rate are right outside 24hrs sometimes you need to haggle with them or like we did take the bus it was pretty easy. If you need to get back to airport it is about 230$ dont pay more
