Surely not the best area of town. Noise from the street disturbs sleep. Hotel staff speaks little to no English. Not sure why but I came back from my business meetings at about 4pm to find out that the room had not been cleaned (they addressed the issue relatively quickly).
This hotel is one of my favorites in Mexico City! The staff is really polite and very efficient! The hotel is under construction, so you will hear an occasional banging. All in all, it's a great hotel.

I am very sorry that the cleaning has not taken place at the right time, I promise you that these failures will not occur at your next visit. On your next visit, you can request a room on a high floor and numbered from 1 to 5 since these are the rooms where there is less noise. The staff is training for the attention of all our guests.
