Excellent hotel, almost certainly the best in the city. Outstanding food. Excellent service. They do need to work on their IT services: the internet and WiFi in my room was virtually non existent. Everything else is very good.
Nice ambience and staff are very friendly. Our stay was comfortable and all the requested local information is given to us.

As per hotel staff and reviews it is supposed to be a 5* hotel. But I was completely disappointed. There is no sign of Elegance or Class or high quality items inside the property. Their rates are higher because of slim to none competition (upscale category) in this location Lounge: Too many Mosquitos Very ordinary (furniture, ambience, etc) - no sign of class So much glair; unpleasant lighting Insufficient elevators – only one (small) in operation; guests wait long to get in Room Service: Needs lot of improvements - had to remind 4 times for a cup of coffee Staff need training - when they bring food they don't bring sufficient silverware & other supporting items Quality of service - not good - coffee / tea - not hot at all They always say printer is not working and demand cash. Difficult to believe that a billing printer is defective for a long time. Room: Room size is OK; but it’s an ordinary room with no sign of decoration It has just 3 electrical points; one had loose connection. They need to understand that a room needs 8 - 10 power outlets No Iron board Very small old TV ( I think 32”; room needs 50”); no channel guide Found a nice floor mat inside bath area. Very small bath room; poor ventilation inside toilet. Very ordinary quality bed with insufficient pillows. Travel Desk: Atrocious prices – rates are 4 times the market rate; booked once by mistake – they demanded cash and I was not given receipt House Keeping: Provided enough towels & toiletries; no mouth wash
I stayed for one night on July 27th here and was very impressed. At the check in we were welcomed with a drink and also all our luggage was moved to our room. Room cleanliness was excellent and also the beds were comfortable. We had dinner at their Rainbow restaurant, which is pure vegetarian restaurant. Food and also service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
