The property is in the process of being renovated. Was saying that we had one of the renovated rooms and it was very comfortable very clean. The beds were great. The only complaint we had about the whole stay was the lady who was in charge of the breakfast. She actually started an argument with somebody in my party and she scolded you if you didn’t do everything to her liking. Minus that employee, it was a good stay.
The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The pool was dirty. Never open your eyes underwater at the pool because the chemicals strong. My eyes still hurt a week later because I did open them once. The people next door went in and out of their room several times letting their door slam shut at 1:30 am.
Not sure how old this property is, but if it is older it has been updated very nicely. And if it's newer I hope the other Country Inn's take notice. This was a very nice hotel. If I am ever in the area again I will be staying here.

Place is VERY nice. Stocked with towels, room clean, friendly staff, breakfast and everything was on point. Wish I had time to use the pool. Will definetly stay here again next time I’m in town.
What I liked most was the friendliness of the staff. I mentioned to staff that I liked sausages for breakfast. He said he could make them for me. In a couple of minutes he brought out 4 links too my table. Later that day I saw another staff at the food table and I asked what's for breakfast tomorrow. She asked what would you like. I told her biscuits and sausage gravy and she said OK. Next morning, biscuits and gravy!

I nearly slipped in bath tub while adjusting the water temp while showering. The tub had no grip in bottom. It was too another. Very dangerous. Lucky I didn’t fall. Told them at desk when checked out. Said I should ask for mat when I check in? This is the first hotel there was a problem in shower. Very scarey.!

The hotel itself was clean and updated, unfortunately the check in experience was quite unpleasant that we probably will not book this hotel next time we are in town. After driving 6 hours with 2 very young kids, we arrived in the afternoon around 5pm expected to rest a bit before dinner. Waited about 20 to 25 mins to reach the front desk, and then we were declined our room and were told that our credit card "failed", (we later found out from Orbitz due to some electronic transmission issue at the hotel's data terminal). We knew there was nothing wrong with our card, but still we offered another card just so they can check us in and let us rest. Yet the front desk said she can't, she cannot cancel our reservation and rebook, cannot take a new card, all she can do is call orbitz. Then I ask if she can just let us rest in the room with my 15 months old while she gets it sorted out, she said we can "rest" in the lobby, it was already 6 ish, more than an hour after we arrived in the lobby and my overtired kids are ha called orbitz, with my toddler kids fussing around me due to over tiredness, and finally they were able to resend the data. By the time I got my room key cards at the lobby it was about 6:30pm already. I do believe that accidents do happen, and it's just my luck that the data didn't catch correctly.
