The best thing about this hotel is the price. We took a taxi from the bus station (and were overcharged) but it would have been easier to take the subway if we had planned in advance.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Insofar as value-for-money goes, the Ibis in Shenyang was worth every penny. My only complaint is that the weather was too cold, but one cannot blame the hotel. I woud have no reservations (pardon the pun) about staying there again, but in the summertime!
