Renovated farmhouse located West of Lyon, in peaceful hamlet, just 2 km from the village of Thurins (the capital of the raspberry). The house is backing on to another dwelling & has a pleasant garden with terrace. Ground floor : entrance, large fitted kitchen (dining area), lounge, hall leading to 2 bedrooms (140 cm bed in each), bathroom, separate WC. Upstairs (attic floor) : hall, lounge, 2 bedrooms (140 cm bed), (4 single beds), shower room including WC. Outdoors : terrace facing due South, deck chairs, enclosed grassy garden, shed for bikes.
The vacation home features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.
