The room was simple and very clean. The room had the smell of old smoke but was not bad enough to not stay. Had trouble getting ice from the ice machine but overall, had a pleasant stay.

Only 1 ice machine. Been here a few times for the price. But they have never had ice in the machine. Would suggest getting one more ice machine for the hotel.

If you are fine with a hotel with no WIFI, this is the place. Lot of homeless living in this hotel. Stinky and smell of Marijuana everywhere.

Great deal for the money
Homeless woman knocked on door trying to come in the room. Unfortunately, ice machine was empty. Only have 1 machine on the property. Soda machine would not take my $5 dollar or $1 dollar bills.
The last time that I stayed at this hotel was about 8 years ago. At that time, it was a decent place to stay for the money. Always clean and mostly filled with tourists or people who could stay less that 30 days. Now the hotel has a whole different feel. It appears that some of the guests are now homeless people who are being housed at the hotel. Also, it looked like some people (maybe homeless or maybe travelers) were camping out in the parking lot at night in travel trailers instead of staying in a room. I had a strong smell of marijuana outside my room when I checked out. On the positive side is that the room was cleaned and stocked every day.
Property is clearly housing many people with housing issues, small “queen” bed was comfy but , low water pressure, abandoned vehicles and trash around, barking dogs ,the tiniest toilet I’ve ever had to use and a fee for WiFi, not happy at all
The hotel staff customer service was great and the security guard was awesome. The Jacuzzi is still open and that was great for us because we're a couple. There's a 711 in the same parking lot and they didn't charge extra for a smoking room and no deposit either

The hotel is nice and pretty big. The staff was nice and very welcoming. There is 24 hour security and the park is huge, so you can find a spot easily. The location is nice, pretty safe and very convenient, especially if you're traveling the 101 Freeway.
I liked clean room. I didn't like the service. I booked a double bed, got a 1 queen.
The front desk staff is always great whenever I stay here. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and the towels had another person’s hair in them.
