The price is right, the pool area was very nice, breakfast was not great but okay if you don't care much. Pretty quiet. Very comfortable beds.

Loved our stay. The hotel is a cut above the standard. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Rooms are renovated but can still tell it's an older hotel, some upgrades needed but overall good stay! Can't complain!

Check in went smoothly and the room was nice. This is not high dollar, fancy hotel but had everything we needed for a business trip.

The room was fine. Bed was good and bedding very comfortable. Only issue I would mention is the bathroom. It could use as update. For sure needs a taller toilet.

The air conditioner didn't work right so it was constantly muggy. We didn't have a fan in the restroom. The door broke the night we checked in. One night they had a St. Patrick's party so we didn't have a place to park. Never again.

My family and I have stayed at The Palms Garden Hotel twice. It was great the first time and even better the second. The staff is super friendly and the complimentary breakfast was excellent!!! I would definitely recommend staying hear.

Sweet place near my work site. Great rooms, Brendan's is great, all the people are great. Everybody should stay here.

Upon check in we were given a free upgrade and it was great. The grounds are very nice, pool is a bit dated, the overall appliance was very good. The infrastructure seems to be falling apart, outside our room was a roof access that showed the age of the building and the disrepair around the roof area. The biggest issue was the refrigerator, be sure to switch yours on when you arrive. We were not told of this and loaded it up and found most of our contents spoiled the next day. I notified the front desk we had an issue and that is when we were told to turn it on. I went to the front desk while my wife started to throw away the spoiled food. It was only $40-50 with of food but still. After notifying the front desk they should tell guests upon check in to switch on the unit, they told me I would get a call or be compensated upon check out. Neither happened, I left messages and emails for the GM, but no action. Not even a call to apologize. We are returning to the area for a visit next month, will stay elsewhere.

have stayed there several times, as always staff was great, rooms nice and clean, beautiful courtyard and pool area.

I normally ignore writing any review, this hotel stay review, i had to search in my mailbox to write something. we planned long weekend for disneyland for my son's birthday to celebrate and i booked two hotels simultaneous and pick one after detail review. I somehow chose this hotel for price - after a long journey we check-in hotel after 11:30pm, check-in was very quick and they gave couple of water bottles and also mentioned to pickup everyday. reminded me to have breakfast in the morning between 7am to 9:30am. I did not took it seriously as i had bad experience with these free breakfast. next day to my surprise when i went there for casual walk, looking at the restaurant, i was so pleased to see the items - it was not a breakfast, it was a brunch for me. so many items in a breakfast was the best thing in this hotel. my room was sun facing in the morning and it was clean and ok to stay. There were couple of other activities in this hotel, late night parties, gym, pool, golf etc. Overall i liked very much and i would like to come back for my next visit. thank you Palm Garden.

Great experience friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a comfortable room that was nicely cleaned what else is there to ask for.

Check in was fine. They are doing some work around the hotel but parking close to our room was easy to find. However we had some issues that I couldn't have imagined we'd encounter. First, the fridge was off with no notice. So we lost the dessert we brought back and some other food. Worse, at the baseboard behind the door there was what looked and smelled like mold. It was raining, so I thought the smell was due to that. Later management told me that it wasn't mold, but I don't know anything that looks and smells like mold, yet isn't (I've included pictures). The person at the front desk seemed to intimate that we had something to do with it (without seeing it, which is ridiculous to say the least) or at the very least, it wasn't their fault. However, they did end up refunding me one night and he gave me a $10 gift card to Ralph's to cover the food we lost (it covered half). He had a bunch of gift cards behind the front desk for just such an occasion, which was odd to me. Overall, we weren't happy with the stay. The room needs better maintenance mold or not. As we were walking to the car we noticed housekeeping at our door so clearly the room is seen by the housekeeping staff. How she could either miss that or dismiss it is beyond me. And the front desk staff could use a seminar on how to better deal with issues like this along with how to avoid them in the first place. Definitely not what you expect in Thousand Oaks.

My son and I came out to visit my daughter for Christmas. The hotel was close to my daughter's house. It was clean , comfortable, great staff and a good breakfast. We have already booked a return to the hotel as the rates were very competitive.

The hotel is fine overall, but the rooms are smaller than they appear online. I stayed with my wife and two small kids in a room with two queen beds. It was a tight fit. Everything else is fine. The food is fine and it is located near plenty of other stores.

stayed overnight one night only. Breakfast buffet is great and they give you a free drink voucher.

Arriving to this hotel after having a terrible experience at another one, I was very happy to be greeted with a friendly guest services agent. Everyone we encountered at this property was friendly and smiling. The beds were amazing, rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing! The attached bar/restaurant was nice to go to at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

I come to Thousand Oaks for business. I choose to stay at the Palm Garden for its value, cleanliness, staff and location. Great restaurant on site, easy on and off the 101.

Great location to visit Los Robles Hospital. Brendan's Irish Pub had fantastic homemade soups. My favorite was the Roasted Tomato Soup. Ample parking near our room. Plentiful towels. Clean rooms.

Easy access to entrance and exit of freeway. Close to good restaurant. Buffet breakfast had variety and tasted good. Staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. Good size pool with jacuzzi. Large covered outdoor eating area for breakfast buffet and readily available food delivery from associated restaurant.
