The hotel is owned by a couple who, to my knowledge, serve all staff functions. I came back to my room one evening to find that my key card didn't work. I went down to the front desk, and, after reactivating my key card, the owner asked me not to hang wet clothes in the bathroom because a shirt of mine had created a small puddle on the floor. As a paying guest who'd worked hard to make the cleaner's job easy by keeping my room very neat, I found the situation a little...demeaning . My mom used to say, "I'm not your maid.". Well, the hotel does have a maid, and part of my payment was for that service, so why was I locked out of my room and lectured about a puddle in the bathroom? The hotel was okay other than some strange behavior from the owners.

The location worked for me, and clean room/quiet, although the front desk staff needs work! Guy in the am had no coffee, etc., ready, and it looked like I was one of few guests, actually, so maybe that's why. But, it's cheap, clean, and close to VSU, so fine for a day or two stay.

When we arrived to check in the attendant came out in her pajamas and looked like she just woke up. I asked for a first floor room and she told me they did not have one available that met our reservation request which was just a two bed room. Throughout our stay there were no more than 4 cars there which meant a lot of rooms were open and I could see through the open curtains that rooms were available. If you need the bare necessities then this hotel is good for the price.

Very dirty, The covers looked very old. They need to upgrade the rooms and make them look new so they look clean. Very low budget. I was almost scared to sleep in the bed.

mattresses were so worh out it was like trying to sleep in a ditch, they sank in when laid on. Morning coffee in lobby was very cold at 8am.

Clean, I would stay again. Great location. Friendly staff. Sad breakfast.

The hotel room was dirty, the recetionist was disconnect the morning breakfast was horrible, all was bad. I will revert back to price line, after such a good trip to New York

If all you looking for is a place to rest your head, then this drive up motel is fine. If you are looking for anything else keep looking. This is a bare bones motel. The staff is not friendly and make it appears that you are bothering them when you check in. I did have an issue with my first room (the fire alarm was beeping every few mintues; like it had a low battery); they did change my room but it took my making it clear that I will NOT tolerate the beeping in my room all night. The next room was clean but the AC was loud and I had to shut if off in order to sleep. Will not be making a return trip here, but can see it being a good choice for those on a budget with the stove and fridge in room.

Made reservation for my father, who was coming from out of town for my wedding. Upon his arrival, he was hassled for credit card information, and made to fill out paperwork. If this is neccessary, WHY DID I MAKE A RESERVATION!!??? The staff was rude and not helpful. His experience was not pleasant and I will not be using this motel again.

Rooms were clean but not worth the price. The 'continental breakfast' consisted of a pot of coffee and a basket with 2 pre-packaged danishes (one had already passed it's expiration date). The cleaning people (who I think were actually the owners) were a little too generous with the air spray in the rooms. The scent was extremely strong and bothered mine and my daughter's allergies. The hotel sits between 2 hospitals so we were awakened several times during the night by sirens. At least the couple who managed/owned the hotel were very nice and made the stay worth while.

Romms are small, but clean. No breakfast offered at all, although I was told they had it. Don't look for expanded cable. I am CNBC junkie-nada... no FOX either. Wouldn't stay there again, but not bad for the $. You will love the overwhelming curry smell when you open the office door. I don't know how the own er stay in there!

A little less than expected for the price. But was a nice stay. No amenities to speak of.

While the hotel is run by a nice Indian couple- it seemed odd that the parking lot was alomst empty when I arrived. I soon saw why. The rooms were clean- but the carpetting smelled. In my assigned room- it was so bad, I went back and asked if they made a amistake and put me in a smoking room-- but it was not --it was horribvle. The bathroom was clean and the bed was made-but it was the kind of place where I worried about the carpet and the bedspread-since the rooms smelled so bad...and I'm not usually picky about anything. Had my wife been with me, we would have been gone so fast! There was no breakfast- the one advantage was that the hotel is set across from a $1.99 movie theatre. Unless you are desperate for a really cheap deal look elsewhere. Very far from 75- foind a place on Gornto Road- you'll be happier.

When we checked in to the hotel at about 7:30 in the evening on July 1st the AC was not on and the room was like a sauna. After about 45 min. with the AC on high the heat was still so bad that we had to request a room on the first floor which also had to be cooled but cooled much quicker. Moving was a hassle. I could not understand not having the room precooled for a reservation. Not a happy camper-----a tent would have probably been about as comfortable as the first room.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly when I checked in and checked out. The hotel was clean-- there was a fridge and a microwave.

Very clean and tidy. Felt comfortable. Definitely worth the rate.

Come to visit our Son at Moody Air Force Base, room was clean and ready to move right in. People at front desk were pleasant and checked us in fast orderly fashion, would recommend to anyone staying in the area. All this for a great low price!

The website said they take pets. They don't, but allowed my dog to stay with a $10.00 fee for each night so at least they were willing to work with us on that. The site also said they had a great breakfast and there was no breakfast at all. The place looked ok and clean but had a creepy feel to it that was hard to describe. We were in a decent mood away from the property but as soon as we got back inside the room we got very edgy. The dog kept trying to get out of the room and didn't want to go back in. Just an overall creepy experience.

The place is OK but a bit on the sketchy side.

It was an alright stay. All we used it for was to sleep. It was close to a main drag and alot of sirens and traffic noise. Staff were very honest and friendly.
