hotel was very nice, but the best part was a lady from the front desk she was just awesome, she really understood our needs and helped us a lot I hope hotel manager will get her a good bonus this year!!!!!

The hot springs water in Thermopolis is amazing. I have stayed in Thermopolis several times to take advantage of the healing properties in the hot waters. This is the first time I have stayed at this facility. I will visit there many times again in the future. The staff was knowledgeable about the facility and the history of it. The rooms are very clean. The thermal hot tub is open 24 hours. It is not a huge facility so there were not tons of people and noise. Exceptional stay. Thank you!!

The location was perfect, right next to the Big Horn River with a beautiful view from the mineral springs Hot Tub. Just needed to get used to the smell of the mineral springs LOL. The staff was friendly and very helpful with local information. The room was smaller than I thought it would be but it was more than I needed. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I slept on that I can remember. The full breakfast was wonderful and hit the spot which got me moving for the rest of the day. Great stay !

We love staying at this hotel in mid winter. There is a very nice hot mineral pool in the courtyard for hotel guests only. The staff is very professional and the rooms are always very clean and well stocked with amenities. A full breakfast comes with the room charge. Love it!!!

The hotel is within walking distance of the hot springs and has a beautiful park and running path next to it.

The Best Western in Thermopolis WY is an okay hotel in all ways but it is very over priced. Their rooms should be priced $30 to $40 lower than what they are now. The Days Inn across the street is a much better value. I am in Thermopolis 4 to 6 times per year and plan to stay at the Days Inn unless Best Western changes their rates.

Great hotel within walking distance of the Hot springs. STaff was so/so, helpful when asked. My biggest complaint are the beds. I am 6 foot five and my friend is 5 foot 11. The beds did not fit either of us and the frame prohibited you from letting your feet hang over the edge. Very uncomfortable sleeping. For this reason, likely not to use this hotel again. Although rest of stay was good.

We have stayed at this hotel before, it is always great. The on site mineral pool is a great bonus.

We found this in our search for a place to stay on the way home form Yellowstone to Denver. What a find! A historic hotel in the middle of a state park that houses the largest mineral hot springs in the world, with access to these same waters in the hot tub just outside our room. This is a great stay, especially for family and couples.

Location amazing-- visit all grounds surrounding the hotel and hot springs--lovely. Interesting décor and clever remodeling while keeping the outside original. NO ELEVATOR. Close to neighboring restaurant. Breakfast delicious and very helpful staff who were interested in our comfort. I would certainly return to this nicely landscaped historical building.

The staff was very helpful and friendly . The room was very clean and beautiful with log furniture, however the king size mattress was terribly hard and uncomfortable. The hot tub outside was very dirty with clumps of hair floating in the water.

This is a historic old building that has been upgraded inside with very nice accommodations.

Being next to the hot springs and having our own personal spa made the stay very rewarding. The tourist attractions were more than we expected, including a deer walking down the main street.

The location was great because of the hot springs and the walkway along the river.

Very nice. It's right in the park with three spas including the state run free one within walking distance.

Has hot springs in pool area

We were driving from Denver to Yellowstone, so it proved an ideal stop over hotel.

We were not expecting much of a motel, but were pleasently surprised. The room had charm and was clean. Everything was better than expected. We will make this a return trip.

The stay was enjoyable with a scenic view, clean rooms, and a helpful staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and nicely furnished. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the healing hot springs pools, steam room, and spa in the park. The hotel also had a healing hot tub. I wish we could have extended our stay.
