Visited over Easter weekend, upgraded to sea view exec suite, was lovely. Hotel very nice, luxurious. Great customer service from start to finish, all very friendly. Lovely little touches like the Easter treats left for our young son in room, would def recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This is a pleasant hotel near the beach. It is not on the beach and paying extra for a sea view is not worth it, but you can walk to the beach. Better to ask for a balcony so you get the sea air. The breakfast is OK but offers few vegan options. Parking is a must if you come by car, the town is crowded. There can be communications issues. I ordered room service coffee on two days. The first day it was 14.50, the second day it was 29.50. The restaurant has been replaced and is now Circles. The offerings are quite good. If it is not to your liking, they do have other suggestions and the place we were recommended was fantastic. The staff was exceptional. There is a bar which is also very nice. The business class rooms are comfortable and spacious.

We had a really good stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good spa and pool area. Location very close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to reach attractions nearby by car. Parking was a little expensive.

A very nice hotel, with big rooms - we had a balcony facing the city. They offer free WiFi and serves a very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and will help you with your potential tours. The hotel also offers a spa and pool, but didn’t check it out.

I had a week conference here with my company. Nice hotel near the beach. Very good beds and nice rooms with a view. The food the serve is also well prepared, the staff in the bar is very friendly.Mu stay was good I used the besement garage

I stayed here for 2 nights during a business event. I had a very nice and big room on the 5th floor, with a partial sea view. The bed was in a separate area, which fitted measuredly in the room, so that there was just about enough space to walk around it. For me, the mattress was a bit too soft. In the second area, there was also a huge seating corner, with a desk, mini bar, coffee maker and a 2nd tv. The bathroom was big enough with a shower/bath. The hair dryer was quite heavy (a bit painful for my wrists). There were a few bugs (earwigs) in the tub, at the walls and ceiling, which was a bit annoying, as I had to get rid of a few of them twice. Breakfast, lunch & dinner were ok, though the setup could be changed to improve the flow, especially during busy times. Very friendly staff all around. Overall, I was quite happy with my stay and preferred this hotel over another hotel I stayed at in Noordwijk.

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay, highly recommended for couples or families. Great location close to the beach. The breakfast was outstanding and the evening dinners were also very good. We had some Spa treatments that were great.

Great hotel and all the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Extra thumbs up to Esmee and Jaimy who took care of my wife and I at the wellness. Good breakfast and excellent private parking facilities albeit at a high price. Highly recommended.

Stayed here twice. It’s repeatedly left me with no complaints ! Rooms are sizable, clean and comfortable! Very convenient for spending time on the beach and exploring the coastline. It may lack the view but the rest of the “package” overcompensates for that. Friendly staff ! Keep up the good work!

THE GOOD: excellent breakfast (although the last time I missed the fresh orange juice), large and comfortable beds, ample rooms. THE BAD: very long and irritating check-in process, and sometimes (not always) unfriendly girls at the counter; unreliable and noisy room temperature control. CONCLUSION: this could be a great hotel if the management took care of a few details.
