The hotel itself is very nice. The public spaces are good, the breakfast buffet leaves no wishes. The rooms towards the back though are simply horrible. First off: We have received a voucher for a 2 night stay that we used for the stay. It was our worst stay ever by using a voucher. The room was small and the view over the public parking lot in the back of the hotel did not level things out. The towels had holes in them, the interior needs to be refurbished. In order to get to the room, we had to walk right through the alley of the conference ball room, turn left past the break-out-rooms, down 1 flight with the elevator. These rooms I would not even book for the bus driver of a group. The rooms that can be accessed through the elevators in the lobby seemed to have a nicer view at least. We travelled with our kids (4 year old and 10 month old) and had requested a bigger room, which was sadly denied. But at check-in we were told the room would be big enough for us. Yeah, right! Wrong! To make a long story short: We received obvious dislike, even though we would have paid extra for an upgrade to a different room. I am more than disapointed and honestly have my doubst of booking the Radisson BLU Palace for my groups.
I spent two nights in a corner room on the third floor. Spacious and comfortable with a 270 degree view including the North Sea from the tower corner. On arrival I noticed that I had lost the key to my suitcase. Within 5 minutes the hotel staff had solved my problem by cutting the small padlock at my request. Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent situation and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
We have stayed there in May for a long weekend while we were on our trip to the Netherlands. Very good location - close to the sea and the centre. Lots of things to do around. Staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms were big, cozy and very very clean. A very big & comfortable bed ( king size ). Spa is small but enough to enjoy it. We were there with a 2 yo toddler and he loved it. Again, very clean. They have a play room as well. Small minus - Parking is only underground ( it costs 25 euro a day ). It should be included in the price of the room ( but never mind - it was ok and very easy to access from the hotel). We have really enjoyed our stay. PS: Even if you visit Keukenhof park, this hotel is very close ( 13 km ) and easy to reach out by public transport and car.
I have to stayed in that hotel payed by KLM because my flight was cancelled. It was a short stay (4h45) but I really enjoyed that hotel. My room was really comfortable and I had a really good night. The staff was perfect and nice with me. A really good surprise as I thought I would be in a bad hotel. Many thanks Radisson Hotel.
Stayed here as a party of 8 to visit the bulb fields, convenient to where we wanted to go. The rooms are typical modern chain hotel, good size with air conditioning, parking is in a secure underground car park. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all we wanted to know, the bar area is pleasant enough to sit and chat, we did not have breakfast here so cannot comment on this.
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years: a superb location almost next to one of the best beaches in Holland. Excellent rooms with huge and comfortable beds. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Generally friendly and helpful staff
A decent hotel in a nice tidy and small town Noordwijk. Had a comfortable sleep after 5 hour flight and an hour of drive from Amsterdam. Unfortunately didn't manage to taste the produce of their kitchen.
The hotel itself is top notch, and overall probably the best I have stayed in at Noordwijk. I was not aware that the lobby was under renovation, but it wasn't a big deal as it was handled well and no real impact. The hotel parking wasn't cheap for this time of year, as I expected a lower price for off season. The room was very spacious, and it had adequate storage and good layout. One oddity was at the foot of the bed was a excess TV cabinet that had lift capability. It served no purpose (no TV on it), and could not be used for storing anything (base was mechanism) and too high/small to put the luggage on. It was conspicuous, and really should be removed from the room. The checkin/out was efficient, and the room was cleaned very well daily. The garage parking was very convenient with easy access, but be aware the parking spots were very small, even for the small Renault I had. I would recommend this hotel above all others I have stayed at in Noordwijk. Despite what the map would indicate, it is a very short (2 minute) walk to the beach. Ideal location.
It was a nice hotel but I'm fortunately there was an restoration in the reception so it was very noisy I've been there for a conference so didn't have time for pleasure hotel has very limited's facilities sports spa or others also a small restaurant
We stayed here with my boyfriend while on a business trip. We stayed in a business suite, so the room was really spacious and the bed was massive and comfortable. The rooms were clean, and cleaned daily to an ok standard. Staff was always polite and helpful. Only issue was the Wifi - sometimes it worked and other times it was unavailable. All in all a pleasant stay.
