The hotel is right where you need it to be for exploring this fabulous city. Bus stop and tram stop just a short distance from the front door. It is indeed a basic hotel but absolutely spotless. Comfortable beds and good shower. Café next door does great breakfast for €7.99 - great value. Noticed that there were plenty of storage lockers in reception if you wanted to leave your bags during the day and also very cheap bicycles to hire,. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It is so close to the touristical places and it is so easy to visit the city. The room was clean but especially the bathroom was uncomfortable. The bathroom had no normal door, there was only a door made of glass, which seperates the bathroom from the main room. The sink was too small, that noone can use it comfortably. But the prices are good!

What's good: low price\ing (as you'd expect) & location. Pretty decent service and reasonably clean. Acceptable beds & shower. Not so keen on the rooms; the decor feels tired and dated even though the hotel opened only four years ago. Initially we were given a room on the top floor. Windows couldn't open and the airco wasn't working properly (on the entire floor) making it feel even more stuffy and cramped. We were moved to the only other available room which was the wheelchair accessible room on the ground floor. More room and a working airco but otherwise not much better. They don't serve breakfast (it's served at a cafe next door or you can go elsewhere) and everything else other than the basic room and shower is extra. We needed a locker for the day, so obviously we had to pay extra for that. For one night it was acceptable but I wouldn't like to book here again and spend a little more instead on a more comfortable room.

it was a good location hotel, nothing special but for 2 nights is good, the room was clean, during the day you could heard noise from outside but during the night (after 8) was really quiet! we spent couple of hours there as is not too much to do in town staff from recepcion they were nice and helpfull! i ll for sure use it next time! in hague or any other location!

The hotel is very basic but has all you need for a place to rest your head. That said there are a few problems. There is a central cooling and heating system which supposedly can be controlled for each room, certainly it makes lots of promisung noise but has zero effectiveness. The 4th floor appears to be of metal construction meanibg the outside walls feel cold, indeed on arrival the room felt damp. The staff however are super friendly and do their best to cater for the needs of the guest. Internet is free but is completely unprotected and should not be used. There are secure lockers in the lobby but theu cost Euros 3 each time you use them. Breakfast is available at a small coffee shop two doors away but it is a good offering and again the staff are very friendly. Be wary when booking that a city tax is charged and make sure you indicate clearly the number of people in the room otherwise they will assume 2 and will charge for two.

A Basic hotel with the greatest staff I have come across in a long while. From check-in to calling the final Taxi they were all consideration. Excellent shower and most comfortable bed. No complaints from me.

I stayed with friends for one night whilst in the area for a football match. The hotel has the same ethos as budget airlines, fairly cheap and basic, if you want extras you can have them but there are additional fees. I had a twin room, it was clean with two comfortable beds, a plastic chair, a rollable plastic cube about a metre a side that you can sit on or use as a table or footrest. There was a TV with several channels including a few British ones (BBC 1, 2, 4 and World). There's not much storage - just a shelf with some hangers above it on a rail and a shelf between the beds. The bathroom is small but there's plenty of room in the shower, which had bags of hot water at pressure, a wash basin and loo, towels were present and fluffy, soap/shampoo is in wall mounted squeezy bottles. It was quiet when we stayed and although our rooms overlooked the road there was no noise - I had a comfortable and undisturbed night's sleep. There's no brewing equipment but there's a hot drink machine and a chocolate and snack vending machine in reception. Breakfast is served in the cafe next door - you buy a voucher for €8.00. It's not amazing but does a job - you get coffee or tea, a glass of juice, a fried egg with a (tiny) rasher of bacon, a (small) croissant, a basket of bread and rolls with jams etc and a small portion of cold meat and cheese. It's all doled out in measured portions. You can probably do much better if you want to stroll out and find a cafe, there are several nearby, but it's convenient and enough to keep you going for a few hours. The guys we met on reception were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. I found my room to be clean and well maintained, as were the public areas I saw. It's basic and doesn't pretend to be anything else - it has a bit of a student residence sort of feel to it (not so much the guests, just the environment) and if you want a luxurious or romantic place to stay or you're staying for a fortnight it's not for you, but if you're just after a comfortable place to sleep for a night or two I think it's pretty good.

Room too small Cold No space in bathroom No rugs at all (bathroom and bed) No breakfast (is outside) No shelfs nor closet Not cozy at all Basically to sleep only and bearable if for a night only Price was not that low 100 euros per night

Stayed there for a week before my graduation. The staff is friendly, the hotel is well located and in the city centre, right next to a tram stop. From there you can directly go with the tram to the beach or to the city center. If you are looking for a cheap room with no additional service, then go for it. Do not expect extra services such as a maid cleaning your room everyday, room service etc. The wifi is free, but rather slow. There is AC, maybe not enough storage places in the room but other than this it is very satisfactory!

We just wanted a nice clean room in the city center. We didn't care much about the service or additional stuff. If you are looking for the same, then go for it. We had a room for four people. It was spacious enough, the windows gave us a view of an old church nearby. The room was new and clean. That was all we wanted. The location is great, about five min walk to the center. If you need a lot of additional services than it might not be a place for you, although the staff is nice and friendly.
