Winnie got us settled into our cottage villa for a fabulous week long stay! Our cottage was comfortable, cozy, clean, and in a beautiful setting. Staff were very friendly, and shuttle service to the beach was quick and easy!

Friendly staff. Great bartending. Unique food menu. The perfect combination for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

All the staff were amazing! So kind and helpful. Drinks from the bar were good. Would definitely come back!

The flowers and plants around the property were better than any place we’ve stayed. Their beach area is high quality, chairs and umbrellas set up in a pretty quiet area of the beach. The pool and hot tub are nice, it’s a very family-friendly place to stay.

The way they take care the customers , is a really one at one detail oriented

Great resort and loved butler service . Overall our stay was great rooms are great and they have room service daily and rooms always clean and nice kitchen if u need to cook something quickly

We really enjoyed ourselves at Kokomo. It is a nice, quiet place about 5 minutes from Bight park. It is a nice option if you don't want to do an all-inclusive resort. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The other guests were pleasant, but not intrusive. Because it is not on the beach, you have to plan your day a little more than you might otherwise. Kokomo has a spot reserved on the beach at Bight Park for their guests. They provide chairs, towels, umbrellas, and water. Blow up rafts/paddle boards are available for a fee and they will blow them up for you. It was too windy for us to use them on our trip. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the beach. You won't have access to the bathroom facilities or gear that you would have available at a resort, but it's not a huge deal. A lot of people seemed to have brought their own snorkel gear from home anyway. You will have to organize your own activities, which is doable on your own or through Jason, our lovely butler. We spent from 10-3 each day, went home and rested and then went to dinner around 6. I would recommend reservations for dinner and a rental car. Taxi's are expensive. No uber/lyft. Not doing a resort probably allowed us to experience more of the island dinner spots which we would not do otherwise. I would do it again! It just depends on the experience you want.

Great private little villa. Perfect for couples or families

Beautiful boutique resort! What beautiful gardens, pool and villas. Everything you need for a fun time in Turks & Caicos. Gabriella took care of our requests and sent a detailed map for our drive to the resort. Next we met Jason who expertly answered all our questions and greeted us with rum punch! Lamar was our butler throughout our stay and always ensured we had our wishes planned - from our snorkeling trip to our nightly dinner reservations. Daily breakfast at poolside was always delicious! We always felt safe and taken care of - even when we got lost, we had our cell phone provided by Kokomo to call for help! Even our housekeeper, Maureen, was so delightful and pleasant bringing extra supplies as needed. They even provided a cooler, beach chairs, towels and umbrella for our daily adventures. I would highly recommend this resort!

Just returned from a four night/five day stay. I couldn't have been happier with the villas. Had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, sitting and dining area. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Gabriella, Resident Manager, was extremely helpful with all needs! A shuttle was provided from the airport to Kokomo. Pretty swimming pool and hot tub area. Continental breakfast provided. Kitchen was stocked with all plates and utensils needed. Also liquors, wines and water stocked for purchase. On my return to the Island, Kokomo Botanical Resort will be my first choice of places to stay.

Very secluded and peaceful. Nestled in the greenery and blooms of flowering shrubs and trees. It was exactly what we were looking for, low key, clean and central. We rented a car and were able to cruise dow to the loveliest beaches imaginable in 6 or 7 minutes. The villa was spotless and kept that way. The AC, fans and hot water were exactly what you would desire and expect. I don't really think we had one complaint over our six days at the accommodations. It was lovely!

I enjoyed every second of my stay here. This is my third time and I wish I would've known about Kokomo sooner !!

I do not generally write hotel reviews but felt pretty strongly about our recent stay (March 3-10th) and wanted to relay this intel to other prospective travelers. Firstly you cannot go wrong with Turks & Caicos its everything, everyone says and more. Its unimaginably beautiful. If you are reading this review you have already found a hidden gem of an island. if you need further validation think of the following (for the US traveler) ... US Dollar, English speaking, simple 3-hour flight from NYC, safe, no poor water concerns, quiet and mostly underdeveloped. Regarding the Kokomo Botanical Resort, the property is comprised of many small villas on a hillside. Its a little tricky to find the first day but once you have a lay of the land its a non-issue. A rental car is a must (I would NOT recommend Alamo though as the car we received was garbage/poorly maintained). It did the job (barely) but for the sake of another $100-$150 weekly you may be better served. Rental cars allow you to experience all the restaurants, bars/cafes and national parks TCI has to offer. Parking is ample and free everywhere! This is not an island of all-inclusives and that is a good thing. Take the chance! I digress, back to the hotel ... if you want beach views this is not your location. You should already know that because the hotel search map should have told you so. Don't let this detract you from booking here. If you wanted to you could walk to Bight beach (we did). Its a simple walk (maybe 0.7 miles or 12-15 minutes) but you do have to cross a busy road to do so. From a finance guy, you have to remember you are going to save a whole bunch of money from the high-end places on the beach by choosing a place like this, which really gives you nothing more than the beach a little closer. All beaches are public so you can literally sit in front of the nicest resorts and utilize their beach fronts! The staff was excellent. Gabriella the resident manager was very accommodating. For example, we arrived early (12:30p) and she had us into our room immediately. She was there to offer thoughtful suggestions for restaurants and cafes and which beaches to see and attractions to visit. She provided us with a thorough villa orientation (which includes a limited-use cell phone for personal use, bluetooth speaker and fast wifi). Our maid service was completely daily and very attentive, usually completed before noon. The villa itself had two bedrooms. Nice for families with smaller kids or traveling with other family members or friends (but maybe a little tight for personal space/private time). A fully-functioning kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. Buy groceries and save a few bucks! The supermarket is close and ample and typical of that stateside. It has everything you need/want. The main room doubled as a living room and dine-in kitchen. Good selection of cable TV with premium channels. Bathroom was just OK. Shower was small but did what it was supposed to do. The toilet water pressure wasn't ideal but consistent with other Caribbean islands and while annoying not a deal breaker. Other amenities include a pool and hot tub though we didn't travel to TCI to sit by the pool so we probably aren't the best to evaluate this. I mean the beaches there are marvelous! The patio furniture was nice and modern. It was a relaxing area for sure. Morning continental breakfast was nice for bagels, fresh pastries, fruits, coffee/tea, bottled water and yogurts. Each villa has premium folding lounge beach chairs (we used every day) and an umbrella (which may need replacing soon). Each villa has a good sized cooler too! I could go on and on but I wont! If I haven't convinced you yet I probably cannot! Its acts as a high-end property on a value budget. We would 100 stay here again. We have already recommended it to our friends. We will likely come back next year. There is a reason it has generated its decent ratings!

So my friends and I went to the Venetian Ridge Villas for a relaxed, chilled bachelorette weekend of sun, food and fun. From we arrived Gabriella and the staff were so inviting, we were welcomed with chilled, scented towels and rum punch (my friend normally hates alcohol but loved & I mean LOVED the punch). The rooms were exactly what we expected simple and stylish, exactly what you would like your own little getaway to look like. My only suggestions would be make sure you shut the blinds during the day to keep the rooms cool with the air conditioning, as it is pretty warm during the daytime. Gabriella went out of her way to make recommendations for beaches/restaurants and added special touches to our stay which made us feel so welcomed. We loved our stay (definitely will be back) and will definitely be making recommendations to all our friends.

This is an up and coming villa area that was very peaceful, affordable, and had excellent service. Gabriella was amazing and really made our stay great! The complex seems to be undergoing a transition to a "tourist' area as the pool and spa area are under construction but all and all it's a great value and I would definitely stay again.
